Exercise Library: Goddess with Arnold's, A Bone Building Combo

    I love to combine a couple of exercises into one, and doing Arnold's while in a wide stance is a great example of how to do this. The classic Arnold Exercise (which you can find here: • Exercise Library: Arno... ) is an arm builder that works several shoulder motions. Now take your starting position for a squat, and combine the two. Work your legs, core, and shoulders and get a fantastic bone-building combo.
    I like to do 2 sets of 8 repetitions. You may need to start with 6 repetitions and one set if you are brand new to lifting weights overhead.
