I just bought one of these for $28.50 at dollar general. I’ve had several gray and red ones and the pedals always break. My two tank one quit working. Just bought it last year. O cedar isn’t getting any more of my money! Hope this one works. A $45 mop should last more than a year. If this one doesn’t last I’m going to a commercial spin mop for $130 from Sam’s club. 😂
I feel embarrassed 😳 I just bought the Mr. Clean spin mop. Instructions wasn't clear. I tried to spin in over over. This video helped so much!!! I am so embarrassed to say that's what white thingy is for. I am so used old original mops. I have spray trigger mop and steam mop. I just need a good mop for good clean. What I notice about this mop it can angel. Be great to dust floors and lightly clean walls. Our paint on wall is type you use cloth or sponge to clean dirt grease off
Ok I bought one at DG and though it would be a waste of 25 bucks but I have 2 dogs that drag in mud like crazy I use this to do a quick heavy mud remove and then use my shark hydrovac after I get the heavy stuff off worked good for me
Idk if you’re monitoring comments on this video still, but I ordered the clorex mop head and it does not fit. I have the dual bucket version of this. Any idea what to do? I ruined the original mop head and it was trashed 😢😊
@@tiffanymclean2002 The dual bucket mop is a different size apparently. I haven’t used it , but I purchased one of the mop heads from Dollar General and realized it didn’t fit my original mop. You could contact Cloroxtools.com and tell them what happened. It’s possible they could replace it. Probably worth a shot.
I'm looking to clean the bucket itself before I use it again how do u take the the middle spin part off the bucket it's self so I can clean around the inside of it thank u
WHERE CAN I BUY THIS AGAIN?? I’m in college and JUST bought this mop over the summer. I got a friend of mine hooked on it and I’ve been trying to find it everywhere and it just doesn’t exist online.
Yes, that’s been the way it works with mop buckets since mop buckets became a thing. If you have a smaller area, it’s not bad. For a larger area that you might have to mop multiple times a week, it’s probably better to have a separate bucket, or use the sink.
I went online to get a replacement mop head for this & it brought up the Walmart great value brand replacement so I bought it & IT DOES NOT FIT 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
@@raquelraquel5687 I’m having the same problem. I purchased the mop at Dollar General, but my local store doesn’t have replacements. I’m going to check the other stores in my area. The mop heads can be cleaned, that’s what I’ve been doing with mine.

I am not happy with the Mr. clean spin mop, why two buckets? Once you start mopping your floor and you put it into the clean water your mop is dirty so now the clean water is now too.. there is a plug you need to pull out to empty out the dirty water, it leaks. very disappointed in Mr. clean spin mop. The original spin mop works much better..
Thanks for the demo. I bought one & was ready to take it back 😂😉
How is it holding up? Is it still functioning?

Don't feel bad, my husband, sister and I couldn't figure it out 😂
If you have little helpers you can lock the handle all the way down so they have a short mop! My kids love to help
Thanks for the tutorial. I just put this together for my mom.

Just bought one, it came with no instructions, so ty for showing me how to use the spin.
Your video was super helpful with my putting it together. It takes a long time for the mop head to dry but other than that I like it a lot
Thank you for the instructions!! 😂❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
You’re a lifesaver! 💜

How do you wash the mop head? I don't imagine it goes in the washing machine
You can put it in the washer or wash by hand, but don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
@@larryinNH thank you
Which one is better? Mr. Clean or O-Cedar?
I personally prefer Mr Clean. The O-Cedar telescoping handle can be difficult to use and the mop head is very small.
So the dirty water goes back in the clean water?

I just bought the 2 bucket system that's available now for $25.
Soooo your washing and rinsing with the same dirty water
Great mop but NO replacement mop heads! I should’ve bought OCedar.
Yup, I’ve had a hard time finding a replacement. I still use mine, I just wash the mop head. I also recently purchased a Libman Spin Mop.
