Ive had this feeling since i was a child. Going through traumatic experiences. Then I enlisted (non-combat) and these feelings got stronger and I ended up ruining my Naval career over stupid fucking LSD. Now I sometimes will walk into a store and there will be at times this overwhelming feeling of, "I have to get the fuck out of here". I never act too strange I merely proceed out the store. Sometimes even leaving what ever I was to purchase at the check out. Lifting weights to the point its hurts or my muscles are filled up with blood helps a lot.. Push ups when weights arnt around. I can do those anywhere. David Goggins motivation helps too. Dont be a pussy or whimp. The mind is stronger than the flesh.

I’m 21, spent 9 months in pain after a quack poisoned me, I got migraine surgery and every time my heart beats hard I get on edge thinking about the moments of terror I was in from the drug he gave me.
After rape at gun point. PTSD kicks in. It's horrible. You suspect everyone and don't trust men as much anymore. Then they drugged, gang raped and video taped. Ruined for life for 10 year to be exact. Must move on and hopefully I can find love again. It seem like I be fine. God's willing.

I feel on edge for absolutely no reason, even if I am laying on a beach.
