FLUX.1 sounds incredible! It's exciting to see more free AI image generators coming into the scene that might challenge industry leaders like Midjourney. I've been experimenting with various AI tools, and it's amazing how quickly the technology is evolving.
I still prefer Midjourney for many reasons, particularly because I can use it on my phone, its simplicity, and its photorealistic quality, which I consider to be the best in this field, even though it's far from perfect. However, knowing that it now has serious competition is the best thing that could happen for us Midjourney users. This will push them to step up their game, and that's great for us 😁.
@@jymcaballero5748Are you talking about websites that offer to use flux? If so, it's not convincing at all. I find the results very poor; it's like a quick version of flux that's not really impressive. Apparently, if you want something reliable, you need a powerful PC with a massive graphics card and the right settings. I've tried the online automatic tools, and the image quality is generally really bad.

I think both of these are great if utilized correctly, I also tried running Flux on Mimicpc and it worked quite well, which gives me confidence in flux in the future!
Thank you for your comparison! Interestingly, the next generation (with the same prompt) can already produce different, better or worse results. But I think you can see straight away that MidJourney and Flux Pro are roughly in the same league.
Well the best thing about flux is, that it is full improvble by the comunity.. as with SDXL, the starting Model was by far worse, than the improved comunity versions like RealVision4.0, or others. Also it can be specialized to styles.. or example toon . And in interfaces like Invoke AI, or Comfy UI, soon you will also be able to use Controlnets, Loras and IP-Adapter.. This said, it is clear for me, that for a professional Workflow, Flux outperforms as a concept with a outstanding start Model, Midjurney by far.. Only problem, Graphic cards... the big models, nearly can not be used even on 16GB Grapiccards.. But maybe with Quantization this will also be improved
9:16 The generated image of a piano has an incorrect arrangement of the pattern of black and white keys on the keyboard: 2 black keys per octave, then a gap, then 3 black keys. Many text-to-image generators display these objects incorrectly: * the correct arrangement of the keys of a flute or other musical instruments * the labeling of a computer keyboard * the face of a clock * a cane for the blind * a wheelchair or rollator from a specific manufacturer * devices that are not shown in the training data, e.g. a car polishing machine
@@cyberjungle I forgot to thank you for your well-structured and informative video. (That was impolite). The text-to-image generators also have problems here: * the number of legs of an insect (6) or a spider (8) * a sheet of paper with printed music scores * how to hold and play a musical instrument correctly Feel free to test Flux with these challenges.
Flux will be available on Private Computers using interfaces like INvoke AI or comfy ui.. this way, you can drop in a sketch or a reference image, and the ai can use that as a starting point.. also inpainting or styletransfer this way are possible.. and you can get EXACTLY what you need.. not only something nice, but exactly that nice wone you wanted... This in the end is far more professional
How long does Flux take? I have it open on my computer and its been trying to generate an image for 15 minutes. I dont know how this is supposed to beat midjourney
do you think it's worth it to get a subscription or add credits on Flux ai? im about to create some stuff but im not sure if it's worth it or not, thanks in advance.
I think your English is a tad bit incorrect. Instead of "photo of a angry woman is chasing a dog", can you try "photo of a angry woman chasing a dog"? Your formulation actually suggests the photo is chasing, the "is" should be omitted since the subject of the said photo is doing the job of chasing.
I did lot of experiments, and Schnell has very poor prompt coherence. The pro model can't be used without paying up front, as I couldn't find a way to get a free trial, but even if you could, the 40 images claimed here is nothing anyway, as you will throw away 80% of them.
Midjourney’s reaction: “What the FLUX!”
Lol
For cinematic colors like Midjourney, just type "Wes Anderson Movie still" or "Wes Anderson Movie" at the end in your Flux prompt.

by the way... i like more the more realistic colors of Flux... if i need to change this, i sooon will plug in a IP Adapter if i need a special style..
Very good comparison. Indeed Flux is a very good alternative of Midjourney however not better enough to make me switch from Midjourney to Flux.

We were so occupied with if we could that we didn't stop to think if we should.
did you remember to use the same seed for each subject generated?
Its not free anymore. Was fun while it lasted.
can't wait until AI reaches perfection.
Why???

can FLUX create nsfw content?
No, 🤤
Yes if you run it locally it's uncensored
@@aegisgfx Ive tested it and it can only generate nipples and boobs, not any private parts.
