My last batch of .223 was 55gr gamekings and they done as good as the 40gr v max and I got a mag of both layin here one in the gun. .5” with a 16” carbine and Walmart Nikon 3x9 ar optics in Talley rings…I have a ssa-e trigger I swap out of my dd5v3 when testing which is the big factor. In coal country east Ky mountains we don’t have them little boogers but I worked in Colorado and saw what they do. Destroying miles of prairie for cattle
I sh@t 4 very large groundhogs over last weekend at my place. The biggest one was the largest I and my buddies had ever seen. He must have been 20+ pounds and 22 inches long (just the body) and 9 inches wide. I snapped a few "action" pics and text them to the fellas. Everybody text back OMG where did you get that monster?! I told them out back here by the woods and yard. Then I text them back one right after the other until the final pic where I had all 4 laying side by side in a pile. You can only imagine the damage and holes they dug and did to my property. All of them were males too with the smallest being at least 12+ pounds. The other 2 were over 15 pounds but not as big as the alpha male I took out first.
It's mind blowing the amount of damage these little animals do to pastures. There's so many of them, I don't know if the issue will ever be resolved.
Miss doing this a couple times a year back in the 1990s glad the tube allows the vids, kinda surprised….
Yes, the tube allows, but then again, they don't allow. That's why I post 3 minute videos on Y-T, and 25-30 minute videos on my patreon page.
They just wiped my first post....I changed a few words and reposted. Improvise, adapt and overcome. Don't play games with me Hindus......
Thanks for sharing!!

Looks like you have that rifle set right. A 22 250 is a deadly rifle.

Flying burgers
Beautiful animals. Very nice and interesting video.
I thought my 22.250 was the hot ticket till I met the love of my life a few years ago…204. The pd’s filed complaints about both😂
My hunting party uses the ballistic tip for maximum explosion.
Why state are you hunting in? SD?
