the mistake i see i downloaded a driver for windows 3.1 that adds sound YOU SAID THERE ISNT SOUND IN WINDOWS 3.1 AND I HEARD TADA IN WINDOWS 3.1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:43 You misspelled "Millennium" 6:42 The startup sound has broken in Windows Server since Server 2008 build 5728. Also, Windows Server 2022 is based on the Iron development semester, but uses 21H2 as the version number. Using a headphone, I notice a few sounds have slightly lower quality than the ones ripped directly from the OS. You can get Windows Sounds Collection [LEGACY] by WindowsAesthetics and Orbitron's Windows Boot Screen + Sound Kit.
A good rollup from my version 👍 Edit : 6:42 actually back in Windows server 2008,Windows startup sound in server edition is already broken,it will only play shut down sound but not the startup sound
I would imagine the fake sounds actually being used in these windows operating systems and the crew of microsoft would find it interesting that we imagine that happening.

why are there so many fake Windows sounds? They're everywhere and it's so annoying when you want to check old Windows history, what's wrong with the community?
Trying to make a video of startup and shutdown sounds can be hectic. You have to install a VM and take the sound from the VM, repeat for each OS. This can get hectic for most creators, and there's only really a couple of people who do so. So creators tend to grab sounds from the internet and go on with their day. Betas are slightly different. You have to tackle the time bomb problem which is not that hard, but many people don't realize it exists.
Were you able to get a special UK version of Windows Server 2003 (in some form similar to the N/KN editions and China Government Edition) yourself? If so, please upload it somewhere and share it in a BetaArchive post.

I think for the Windows 2000 sounds you have to be able to hear that feminine singing in it.
Who agrees that this guy thinks that Windows XP sounds is the real sound for Windows Longhorn?
Please test these builds yourself in virtual machines.
MF use virtual machines and test until 5840.16384. That's the last official version of Windows Vista to come with Windows XP.

Due to people making Windows sounds videos didn't do enough research, just looking anywhere that said so

Windows NT 5.0 startup is a little bit real because the speed of windows NT 4.0 startup is a little faster.
