My parents ate pig skins and pigs feet too but I never have liked them. I like that dress Marie.. very cute. Cute baby card. I love cooking in my crockpot especially when it's hot out. Don't have to turn on the oven or stove top. I bet the Queso chicken smelled so good.

Im making this for dinner tonight. I hope it's good! Marie, what do you do with all your leftovers? My husband and I are empty nesters as well and I find myself throwing food out all the time! I love to cook, but it's getting harder now that its just the two of us. Just wondering :)
Thanks for watching Gloria. This meal is very delicious. Our daughter made it last week and she loved it. On leftovers we always try to work them into our meals the next couple of days. We give a lot of the meals to family members and we have a neighbor that we share our desserts with. With all of that we had to throw away one serving of three different meals today. On some of our meals we will freeze the leftovers in containers with just enough for two people. The problem with freezing the meals is our freezer gets full and we're always wanting to eat the new meals that we cook. Have a fantastic week, Marie and Calvin
