Part 5 is here!
This is it, the last leg of my trip around Taiwan. Tainan has always been one of my favorite places to visit in Taiwan. Everything is a little less hectic than Taipei, things are slower more spread out, buildings are older, there are temples everywhere, and most importantly the food is amazing.
I could just spend days in Tainan just walking around taking in the history and visiting the little unique shops that just seem to appear even in the tiniest of alleyways. What the video shows doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of Tainan. Truthfully at this point I was pretty beat and didn't have much planned on my itinerary . Just take a second and enjoy. Thank you to Rainbow for hosting me and Li Xin for giving me an amazing hand poked tattoo :)
In Taichung I actually didn't spend that much time in the city itself. My friend Kailun's family lives in the mountains and actually own a farm up there growing a bunch of awesome. His bother has a pizza shop up there so that was definitely going to be the first spot to stop at. Other than that we just hung out as if a couple of high school students on summer break. We motorcycled around, hung out on his farm, played some basketball at night, and just enjoyed my last moments with nice clean mountain air before I head back home to Taipei.
