@@shinebrightandbethelight The only fruit that should be eaten alone is melon, otherwise mixing fruits is ok.. However, the healthiest way to eat is always mono, single fruit per sitting..

You see, I call it the Great Protein Lie. The idea that we need protein to stay healthy arises from the meat/egg/poultry industry. It's all about selling more of those things. In truth protein, especially animal flesh is acidic to the body and invites disease. Goi Raw - Live well!
If you must have cooked foods, perhaps try only raw fruit veggies for breakfast and lunch, and then eat the cooked foods for dinner. That in effect makes you 66% raw! Then adjust that down the road as you see fit.
Don't need to. Just wondering. In Canada, it's a little chilly in the winter. Oatmeal with fruit is nice. Health and functionality is my main concern. 65 year recovering from a brain injury. Want to eat the healthiest way possible. Still learning. And, wanting to regain as much as possible, after the most horrific injury, which has changed everything. Thanks for your reply. Blessings, :)
So the thing with supplements if you are a purest like me, is that if you adhere to a fully nutrient dense raw vegan diet, there is never a need for supplements of any kind really. In fact, supplements are destructive, since they send the body out of chemical balance. For example, large doses vitamins, etc. Let thy food be thy medicine means just that... Skip the supplements, save your money! Billions are spent of supplements. most of it is urinated out. Raw living foods is the perfect delivery system for all nutrients. Also note that fasting boosts stem cell and HGH production.
Thanks. However, on this learning journey about a raw vegan diet, I have noticed the mention of DHA and EPA decline or shortage. As a senior now who sustained a traumatic brain injury ten years ago, brain health is a paramount health concern for me. Love the life style, but concerned about my mental and cognitive acuity as I get older.
Thee is really NO downside to raw vegan. The media, big pharma and the mega-food producers all want you to believe you are short this or short that... None of it is true. God's creation in its most natural form will sustain you best.

I did not grow up eating all these leafy vegetables and I am juicing many now but eating them specially raw I can’t do…👵🏻
