You really can’t dislike this man. Even after so many shoes collaborations and genreal releases you are still excited and happy about a shoe. Which just tells how passionate you are. Personally Im not the biggest fan of the Jordan 2 but I definitely have to admit these are one of the best so far - Im really digging the color way.
I’m usually not a fan of 2s but these look absolutely amazing, definitely something I hope I can grab in the (distant) future

I got mine in earlier this week and I love them. One of the benefits of the rip stop is that it made them feel really light for a 2 as well. They feel much better in hand than the Union 2s which felt like combat boots. If these were $200-$225 they probably would've flown, so I'm glad a people passed on them so I could get a pair.

People hate on twos and I usually don’t like when I got the shoe I thought on returning them. But when I saw them in person i realized how much I liked them.

I’m actually glad 2s still are the red head step child of the sneaker world. I’ve always liked the chunky style of the 2s and how they fit. One of the more comfortable of the bunch. Hopefully these Chicago’s have no resell value as well
I think there’s a lot of hate on the shoe just because of the price. It’s a fire shoe but if everybody said that, Nike would just keep jacking the price up on all shoes which is what they seem to be doing on all of their shoes right now.

Yeah it got stupid the resell market has done nothing but ruin things for us guys that liked wearing our shoes, it's at a point where 200.00 is the going rate for a pair of shoes you want ,I remember when I was younger and the 100.00 dollar mark was you thinking no way my mom's getting my those and when the Jordan went to 150.00 your were definitely giving up some clothes if you wanted Jordan's still it's terrible,he'll I saw a beat pair of Jordan for 75.00 at thrift store ,kinda of silly when they got them free.

the theme of the entire shoe is mental health, from the brain painted on the box to the good energy lightning bolts. the sky brings pease and tranquility. Balvin has struggled with mental heath issues for years and is a strong voice in the community.
I really like these and would get them, if not for the $300 (Canadian dollars) retail price. It’s one thing for that to be the resale price but $300 for retail is crazy
Light up sneakers haven't had a pair since I was a kid but this is an almost insta-cop for that feature alone.
Finally decided to pull the trigger on these. They've grown on me. I initially scoffed at the price. But I ended up buying them for about $60 less than retail which I'm happy with.

Tbh one of the best sneakers of the year in a year where most of the releases have been a pass for me. The only shoes I really want this year are these balvin 2s, of course the Chicago 1s, the blue bad bunny forums and the taxi 1s. I wanted the fire red 3s which i was able to get but fortunately these shoes are relatively well priced apart from the chicagos. But since this years releases have been underwhelming, I’ve gotten shoes i missed out on, such as the j1 amm, infrared 6s, but i still want the carmine 6s and the ambush dunks. Also really need a pair of dunks in the collection. I got none and about 15 Jordan’s

The fact that you can’t recharge the lights discourage me completely from buying the shoes. Its the most special feature and the only reason the shoes are $300, but if the battery runs out its just normal shoes and i dont get it

Fam, it’s easy. Just open the back of the tongue (yes you’ll need to “ruin” your beautiful shoes) w/a razor, find the battery, REPLACE said battery with NEW battery, sew (I know) the tongue-back back up, and wear. Don’t overthink it. It’s just work.

I just got word that the light on the tongue goes by solar power. I'm trusting this word by my barber and now I wanna cop those shoes. Come to think of this, the padded area on those shoes do have a solar panel like design.
The best 2 Jordan’s
I don’t even like Jordan 2’s but these look way better than most of the ones that have released. Everyone is crying about the price but don’t realize these are made with rip stop material and not only do they light up but also glows in the dark which look insane when you turn all the lights off. The box alone is 🔥 and all the materials are great quality which we don’t get often from any Jordan’s. If your worried about the battery life then maybe don’t walk around with them on all the time, seriously you’re not 4 years old just rock em on special occasions and I’m sure there has to be a way to change batteries like a watch it’s just going to take some creativity. I’m glad I “got em” and to me they are worth it 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Do not like 2's but these slap. l Got EA(1st time ever) but could only get a size 7( I am an 11). No resell margins so I am going to try and size swap if not I am sending them back to Nike.
Guys I have a question about these, so I just bought the shoes and they arrived, I normally wear size 41 (8 in the US I think) and they’re giving me hard time to get them on, and when they’re on they don’t feel so comfy. Is that normal, and they do start getting comfier after wearing them a couple of times? Or should I go for a bigger size?
