This brought tears to my eyes, both because of how one person’s kindness (in this case, an 11year old child) thousands of miles away was able to encourage a a soldier going into battle to fight and continue on when seriously wounded and also because of this soldier’s response and the response of his friends and others who were able to track down this young girl, Emma to let her know how much her letter personally meant to this soldier and then afford the two to meet in an online chat video. Thank you! This was amazing!
