No, you were just using a crappy mbps configuration and probably uploading in AVC which is basically what twitch allowed so far and it's a CRAPPY piece of garbage. As soon as you use HEVC or AV1 and start using bitrates that aren't from 1997, everything works smoothly. And I know because I streamed to youtube several times with my amd cards.
Hey dude on that 4070 the length is fine because the PCB is shorter than the cooler anyway so that last fan is doing nothing but blowing air over the cooler, so it would make no difference if it were any longer. With the Nvidia GPUs the manufacturers have gone the route of making the PCB pretty short just like the Founders models and the last fan is simply blowing air over the cooler. I personally think this is a really good config as long as the PCB is staying cool enough which means I don't think you can get too crazy with the clocks with this kind of a PCB config (components REALLY close together). And that seems to be the case since most videos I watch, when a person OCs Nvidia GPUs going back to Ampere, they can't get much out of them. I just wish these GPUs were around $500 USD instead of $600, they'd be a lot more reasonable.

Got a question for you. I can get a AsRock Challenger 7800 XT, Gigabyte Gaming Triple fan 7800 XT, or a PowerColor Fighter 7800 XT (each are $499) OR a AMD Reference 6950 XT for 549. What do you think is best?
6950xt if you have the cooling and PSU for it. If you have high electricity bill kWh rate and plan to play a lot and keep the card for a while, 7800xt would be a much more cost efficient option at 90% of the performance. You just have to accomodate for the 6950xt power and size.
I took my AMD Reference back to Microcenter and got a Asus 7800 xt Tuf(519). That 6950 Xt ran too hot and loud and it would constantly overheat on stock for me(I had all the fans I could fit in a Liam li 216 even below gpu). I did get it to behave better after undervolting and reducing power but at that point I figured I might as well get a 7800 xt.
Would've gotten this version of the 4070 If it wasn't because of breaking pcb rumors of gigabyte GPUs. Shame I really liked the design, and the gaming oc version. I can't really fit any sag bracket or stand in my PC so really unfortunate.

Agora que AMD melhorou muitos seus drivers , da uma vontade de pegar uma RX 7800 XT para o Warzone 🤑😋 250 fps + anti lag plus , saudades de meu placa de video AMD...
This particular GPU does not have any RGB?
Nope
i probably would never buy a gigabyte gpu but they make really good mother boards for AMD, not sure about intel tho from experience. And just got xtx from xfx, pretty decent brand. never had before. Also had an asrock 6900xt, pretty good brand for gpus/motherboards and msi.
xfx is okayish in most recent gens. I still prefer asrock though
@@AncientGameplays ah I see interesting, ye it’s my first with xfx. Sadly Asrock was sold out at the time
Vídeo massa, parabéns!
Obrigado 🤙
I'm wondering if the Gigabyte cards still have the brittle PCB issues, maybe it's just the heaviest models I'm not sure but I know it's a thing
My friend gpu gyabyte pcb crack and service center decline rma , happen this nov windforce
Is RTX 4070 with Ryzen 7600/x good for gaming?
Yes, watch my 40 games on the rtx 4070 video
Yes, I saw the video, thanks for the answer, I know that there you used a 4070 with 7700x and that's why I asked if the 7600/x is also good in combination with a 4070.@@AncientGameplays
@@qwest1995 the different will be minimal at 1440P and only a bit a 1080P
Guys what GPU would you buy to play at 1440p with an 5800x??
yet 7800xt is so much cheaper and faster 😂
Usually, depends on the country. We're talking about the cooling here though
@@AncientGameplays I have Gigabyte 7800XT OC, it is cold as a beer :)
@@WarlockSRB indeed, not the point of the video though

I would pick the gigabyte 7800 xt
had great experience with their gpu, cooler was made by zalman back then dk now
Would've gotten this version of the 4070 If it wasn't because of breaking pcb rumors of gigabyte GPUs. Shame I really liked the design, and the gaming oc version. I can't really fit any sag bracket or stand in my PC so really unfortunate.

I Just Got the same a week ago 😊 , At first i was aiming for the asus Tuf gaming but when i saw the gigabyte specs and simple design + the very good pricing , i immediatly purshased it , Now Am happy and satisfied with the performance and the Temperatures that are unbelievable❤️❤ , Thanks For the videos ❤️
Great to see some more input! Nice!
Placa de video muito boa, video muito bom irmão.
Obrigado, um abraço
another Fantastic video man
but in my case after using eagle rx 6500xt and with it's horrible experience due to tons of hardware and software issues i can say I won't buy any gigabyte products ever.. will buy msi or zotac
Zotac isnt free of problems... Go MSI, Asus, ASRock... Heck even Inno 3d better than zotac...
Gigabyte vs asus tuf gaming (4070) ?
Tuf if at the same price
am not sure why i dislike GB gpus.
Same
pls do comparison 4070 vs 7800 xt vs 4070 ti
Will come 💪
i have a rtx 4080 + 7800x3d , Gigabyte Aorus elite ax "ice"
Aorus ia top tier though, it is not gigabyte per se
overclock this model
it overclocks basically the same way on my previous tutorial video
Damn man i've got a palit 4070 and it goes to 84°C too fast 😢
Damn son
It's a brilliant card that barely uses any power and never gets hot temps. I really don't care about the price... unlike some people. When it comes to price for me, it's either a 4 year investment or a 4 days vacation..😂😂
Gigabyte tends to break on the pcie slot, like asus. Skip them on rtx4000
Humm, my 3050 is fine after all these years but I don't know. I do not have any asus cards here I think besides my RTX 3060 that is also fine
bro i need your help i have rx 580 amd.. while i do stream i cannnot find hevc and more things in output section but i find it in recording and i cannot do better stream it lags alot alot please help
i had gigabyte aorus gtx 1080 few years ago it was good. now zotac amp 3070ti for 2 years default profile is very loud i tweaked it in msi afterburner
Picked up a 4070ti windforce oc for 650 like new
nice
If only it doesn't only has 12GB....
0:40 don't worry, in Indonesian language we also say it like you do.🤪
You dont need more for 1440apz especially using upscaling
@@AncientGameplays I know, but it's quite a dealbreaker for those who plays modded games as those games will tend to suck up all the available VRAM. 😁
Even a 16GB is sometimes not enough for those who went overboard with the mod count / use high texture resolution mod.
@@hadifelani Why bother 16 also then... Just go for 24 GB vram card... XTX is cheap with 24 GB VRAM..
@@rohanstormbanks7601 of course, go get it if that fits your budget.
@@hadifelani Unfortunately it doesnt; I will get something for the half the price of that... I dont play graphically intensive games that much...
I sold a 7900xtx due to way, way too many issues with the games I play (world of warcraft)
has a known issue with crashes on some machines, very odd.
sold it for full retail price, and got a 4070 and man...I love it.
Super super quite, power efficient, and plays any game beautifully.
Had a 4090, but it was boring. everything just went to ultra, and left me with no tinkering abilities, so sold that too XD
I have a problem selling shit lol.
Lets be honest you never had any of those cards and no one sells their 4090 and downgrades. If I could afford I would max everything and not touch a single settings. That's a bonus
@@caribbaviator7058 Hey bro, personal incredulity isn't my thing.
I worked at microcenter, it was easy getting these cards.
Some people make purchases, and decide it's not for them, wasted money better spent elsewhere bro. I play world of warcraft, pretty much only that. 4090 was a waste of money for me, a bad investment. 4070 is perfect, undervolted. It's like 100 watts, super cool and dead quiet. And runs wow 4k no issues. Got my 4070 with a 100$ refund, and 70$ off employee discount at the time. So I got it around 300 bucks. Put that other money towards a new car.
Now I'm driving that nice nice my boi.
Problems in Wow? That sh!t can probably run on a Switch. Your story sounds like a fever dream.

this or an asus dual?
humm, I cannot speak for the asus, but this one is okay here
Amigo, Bom Ano Novo para ti e tudo de bom. Dia 30 sao os meus anos, traga o teu video es bem vindo aqui. Fica bem.
good
I had a gigabyte rtx 3080 vision oc (the whitish one) and zero issues, not noisy compared to others that I had before, undervolted + OC, it was a great card. Now I have a 4070 asus dual oc (white version, it's a beauty), it's thick, quite small, very silent and cool, also undervolted +OC, I'll keep it for a very long time, it's perfect for what I need. GPU Prices and other hardware in general are now too high, games are not getting any better, nothing really innovative, only more "pretty" and buggy and/or unoptimized on realease... or it's me getting old 😅
Own the same card... But mine looks black in color... Runs cool and quiet...
where is adapter for 1x16 in the box?
rtx 4070 cards use the normal power adapters
@@AncientGameplays no they not ,my psu dont have 1x16..not every model of rtx 4070 include adapter for that
AMD still better

192 bit garbage, this wont age well. having good hopes from 4070ti super
192bit bus means nothing nowadays especially with newer vram types, more cache, etc
We'll see...
A pior construção da Gigabyte. Além da garantia, que no Brasil, é bem complicada. Mas é isso aí . . .
