yeah, my r56 (alta intake + Jcw Decat @ forge blow-off valve) dont mke this noise ...! Rectification: on my GP2 r56 i have yet the same noise because i decat with bastuck exaust

akrapovic downpipe would be fine, but I preferred a decat as it really makes a huge difference.

This is the outside noise, not the cabin sound..
Did you get a check engine light? Did you use a spacer?
luigi999ish You will eventually get a check engine light. I deleted it with a obd2 reader first, the did a software tune to get rid of permanantly.

Love the sound ! Did you notice a drop in power or fuel smelling inside the cabin ?
If you try cat vs decat back to back, you may notice, but it is barely noticable. It brings a lot more than it takes. No smell.
@@nikolahristov7320 because torque is loosen a bit. Power gain might be rather in the upper rev.

How did you attach a external mic??
I bought an external microphone which is very cheap(3-5$) and plugged it in gopro via gopro adaptor (mini usb to 3.5mm sound jack)

This is a EU mini and only mod to the exhaust system is removing the cat.

Wide Open Throttle. So if you dont push the throttle too hard, you will hardly tell it is decatted. You should try! Best mod ever to a jcw.
