- Episode 5 of the Golden Age series where my goal is to obtain all Gilded items in-game by doing nostaglic content to myself. This content will be hard focus on elements like the Falador Partyroom, Treasure Trails & Early Slayer grinds. Today in this 5th installment we will be combining all of the so called 'MASSIVE DROP PARTIES' into one single video, terms of MASSIVE is well drop parties worth 500M+. Including a streamer that hosted well over 30 Billion in drop parties across several weeks, as I title might of hinted... Yes I got lucky! Don't forget a HUGE giveaway at the end of the video & I mean HUGE! Quite a lot of the items I won from these MASSIVE drop parties will be included in the GIVEAWAY!
I wanted to create some kind of way on saying thank you to my community on helping me reach to the heights I have reached and being ever so close to 1,000 subscribers is purely insane to me as I tend to never ask for people to sub to my channel through any of my videos. So doing nostalgic content to myself and trying to give you all a chance of getting something in return, this is where the series became born. Me hunting for content like drop parties and doing clue scrolls, then whatever I get as well as selling and buying all different kinds of Gilded, so that I can host giveaways throughout the series. I thought the Falador Partyroom was long dead for all this time.... Well I was truely wrong indeed!
So aim of the game getting all Gilded items and doing nostalgic content to my heart, I thought 'Golden Age' would be the perfect name to call this Adventure series for my normie character.

Thanks, basically I look around on streaming services like twitch and kick. Also I am in a cc that is a really chilled out community that also scouts for dps/ giveaways as well as occasionally host events for special occasions. I tend to hop world's late at night to scout for events as well, only once or twice a week as it takes over an hour to hop all world's, but tend to do this around usa timezone of 7-11pm, but I live in England so I tend to be up at 2-5am trying to find anything as that's when it seems to be more active/ likely I find anything.

Probably one of the best ones I went too as well, before osrs was a thing, I went to plenty on the original version around the 2009 era and seen massive parties there like discontinued holiday items like party hats, I even scored my best ever item which was the green h'ween mask. Those were the good days before all this eoc rubbish!

I used to camp the German worlds like a decade ago just hopping between the few worlds looking for drop parties. Clans would always host their drop parties in those worlds because they were empty and only accessible through the home page or some shit
I did this on rare occasions as how annoying it was to get to those worlds 😅

Unfortunately next episode is the last in this season & it will be focusing on early slayer progress and showing of the bank as the main goal was to get all Gilded, but I do have plans to produce season 2 as well as some spin off videos/ series themed around drop parties. I am currently around 1/3 completed for season 2, but expecting it too take a long time as I am relying on good rng haha 😅, I will in the meantime be uploading Iron-man Collection log & some random loot videos. Hopefully the videos I've already uploaded of this series and 1k subs video will allow you to enjoy the drop party nostalgia.

I get that rush with the bigger drops. Sometimes can be hard to keep the shaking under control and to click on the balloons as soon as it falls that's why I sometimes tend not show the chest as someone is bound to pull the lever early.

Yeah I think it was one of those things that just hit me when I realise that drop parties are more frequent than I thought. Originally I thought it would be a 'one off' series... However with how popular it's been with it last month, I am now in pre-production in a half season as season 2 plans will most likely take me in the regions of 6-10 months to produce. Also got some future ideas of spin off videos/ series depending how well it all goes.

I try looking on social media's like twitch and kick. Also in a community that is very chilled out group but they also scout dps/ giveaways & sometimes host some for special occasions. Not able to give them a shout out though as the leader didn't want too.

Try camping world 301 it tends to be more active when usa timezones are in the afternoon/ evenings/ night. Best place would most likely be either at party room or at the grand exchange for people that tend to circle there and advertise they're hosting events. But also be careful as some people may try to lure you into the wilderness. Happy hunting & goodluck on the giveaway 😊
