My god we were good. Ill never forget being in the closed endzone when we just ended Washington at the end of this season. In our last 3 games we outscored or opponents 120+ - 0 or some madness,,,
Insane every time you look at all the talent this team had... btw as a loyal canes fan I appreciate you posting these games... and also that PI penalty against Ohio State... I'll never get over it
That was reigning Biletnikoff winner Antonio Bryant that Sean Taylor smacked at 5:13. I’ve always wondered how he didn’t end up Miami after the career he had at Miami Northwestern HS.
@canefreak2001 You should've put up the Pitt score. I was kind of curious to see what they did. Sometimes it's good to see how opponent's scored and how our offense responded, and took back the momentum you know? Just a thought..
@strike3jd Your welcome, if you check out my channel, i already have the first 2 games posted and next im going to make highlights of the rest of the games so stay tuned!
so no this wasn't the only moment i answered my own question awhile back. VT was beating us 3-0 for part of the 2nd Quarter which the canes quickly turned around. So only 2 times we were trailing!
You know 2001 was a year of coping and finding out what are true full time jobs are. The displays of patriotism throughout late 2001 carrying over into 2002 and the years that followed weren't too much.
@Hurricane1925 As much as I think this was the greatest college team ever, NO college team could beat the worst NFL team simply because even the worst NFL team has full-grown men, veterans, who would be playing against 19-21 year-olds. Jimmy Johnson himself said that about the Detroit Lions one year when they had 1 win, and someone said UF or some school could compete with the worst NFL team, and JJ said, "Not this year and not any year." haha But this team would make a good game of it. :-)

Four. Davenport was really talented in his own right.
The three headed monster at rb for Miami was nasty
Good thing I can fast forward straight to the game

@MrChrisf5 Your Welcome
Check out the hit by Taylor at 5:19. His first bit of greatness.
Is this the only game in which the '01 Canes actually were trailing? How long was it also?
@5:14 💀
lol 5:22 not only the hit. But the pitt guy throws the football at #47's head

we scored first against troy in the first quarter. Troy only managed 7 points against the canes at all. So no they were not putting us behind them.
@MARBA817 Lol nice.
Wasn't it against Troy in the 3rd QTR??
@MrPalmbeach9898 I know, they smashed everyone
@nuclearthreat545 Exactly, go canes!!!
@pattman09 it didn't last long... lol
GOING TO BE A REPEAT!!!!! FIRST REVENGE ON OHIO AND THEN ANOTHER WOOPING ON PITT HELL YES GO CANES!
@acruz53 ehh lets not get a head our ourselves lol.
THIS TEAM SHOULD HAVE NEVER KICKED A FG OR PUNTED. haha
