Great job. I need to do a full on detail on my 02 VTX. How do you go about cleaning and polishing motorcycle windshields without scratching? Does that Maxima SC1 attract dust and dirt after the application?
Thanks! Love the SC-1 it does attract some dust, but cleans off easy. I'd research the windshield good before I suggested an answer for that. Not positive
I’ve always heard that pressure washing a motorcycle is not good on the electrical components. There is no benefit to other parts of the bike using pressure, your still gonna have to rub the road film to get it off. I just use a water hose with a multi spray nozzle. I also use a leaf blower to dry, which helps cut down on water spots.
@@WorldGoods , I ride just as much if not more than the normal person. Trust me when I tell you. If you want something to keep looking good, you have to put the time and effort into keeping it nice. Thanks Juan! Actually the fat boy is a friend of ours and as far as we know the bike has never given her any issues! She loves the bike! Good choice to go with!
I have that same year and color fatboy lo and I think the lo just looks better being lowered . Better lower center of gravity to make sharp turns without touching the ground.

great to see the pressure washing dancing to the back ground music at the start of the wash :)
Hahah it is a nice touch!
For those of you that just love watching him clean this bike, there is a video game called Powerwash Simulator that I think you may enjoy.
Brother, awesome job keep doing the videos!

Agree - that is a lot of pressure - not for a motorcycle.
With the right nozzle and also knowing what you're doing.... Non issue.
exactly
Looks great! Wish you could come scrub my 2016 Fatboy Lo. Love the poster on the door.
The dude!
I'm VERY meticulous when it comes to my bike ( 2002 Fat Boy ). It takes me at least 3 to 5 hrs to clean my bike. Awesome job. Awesome video 🤘🏻
That's the only way to be!! Thank you for watching!!
You must be polishing more than riding

hey what's up// great bike!! question at 712... why do I see the seat on the bike still//
Thanks! I never take the seat off while washing. Just a way to keep the battery and other connections dry. I take the seats off when I wax though.
@@VPCustoms thanks...
Love your video and your fatboy looks awesome. Did that 103 engine ever give any issues? I'm Planning to get a fatboy.

I think you should do a 2015 m109r boss edition next. Integrated tail light install and detail. 🤣 just sayin 🤑🤑 let me know
Whenever you're ready!
What seat do you have? I have 2015 fat boy lo and I’m looking for a new seat.
That was a friends bike. I'm not sure what seat it was, but knowing her I believe it was stock.

Broke my heart to see him using that pressure washer like that on the bike.
Can I ask why? If done properly, I've never had a problem? Years and years of this.....
Yes he wasn't satisfied with that though.
He then attacked the paint 🎨 with a drill.

Sure you know this, but balled up aluminum foil used as a brush, with warm water with a mild soap works wonders on the rim pitting 12:30
