    Reality is no employer follow this law. Why don't police arrest these employers. Why Modi never talk about wages, why there is no forced law of minimum wage. That is the only reason there is extreme poverty in India.

    Reserch& Deplopment center for iron and steel. Steel Authority of india limited Ranchi me 230 majdur parmanent nature ka kam ko 25 barso se lagatar karte aa rahe hai. Jisko R,&D manegment thikedar kr dowara kam karwaya ja raha hai. Majduro ka wetan bahut kum hai. Hum majduro ka wetan 8 se 10 hujar rupay milta hai. Itne cum paise me ghar pariwar chalana aur aadi cheejo ko pura karna itne cum paise ghut ghut marne ke barabar hai.

    I want to know that about Haryana minimum wages.
    Just let me know whether this should be minimum Basic or we can bifircate this into Basic+HRA since HRA is included in Minimum wages and the entire amount exceeds Minimum wage.

    As being educated read the Bombay wages act and told about it.
    Result gaandhi k 3 baandaar.
    Never thought Gandhi actual meaning dirty.
