@stevenc9207 Do you play golf? Your comment is like what my wife would say. I see a monster putt holed and 2 long putts holed one after the other. You can't can them all.
When you took the wrapper off, I was waiting for you to get the remote control out, press a button and for it to turn on and light up… 😂 The price is reasonable, for something that is genuinely 21st technology and statistically the most used club in the bag… Very futuristic looking and I like the look of the alignment and depth. Unfortunately, the head-cover looks like I’ve already forgotten it on the 12th hole, never to be seen again…😂 Great review; I’ll be sticking with my Evnroll, for now… 😎
That hosel looks very similar to the new PXG Allan putter. The trend appears to be continuing with zero-torque putters. I went to their website. They are selling a concept where they have designed 7 clubs using carbon that will replace the 14 in your bag.
I have the LA Golf Malibu putter... Also carbon fiber. I would pick that over this tin can sounding putter, any day of the week. Also has a large sweet spot and SIK insert for the face.
It seems the putter is designed for very fast greens where one can hit a bit harder but the balls rolls slower, a lot of dampening effect with out making the face insert soft
The putter is absolutely gorgeous 🤩 but for something I'm gonna tap a ball with I don't need to spend that kinda money. I don't care how good it feels. There's plenty of cheaper putters that feel great. I catch a good eBay deal or something though? Sign me up! It is definitely a thing of beauty
That's the way putter prices are going. Irons £1200+, Driver's £500+, now putters £450+ are common place. I wonder what the first company to go bust will be?
What technology is my question. Just because it's all made of carbon fiber doesn't mean it's full of tech. These companies with their x/500 clubs is pushing me away from their companies. I have a bag full of cobras (aside from my wedges), and when they came out with the new 3d printed irons that are x/500 it made me want to stop supporting the company. As a company, quit purposefully creating scarcity to up the price. I understand if there is a special version of a club that is limited, like a special color combo or something, but for a sport where people are competing with each other, what is the point in creating scarcity? (I know, the answer is money)
Half the cost of the Ping, Callaway and Taylormade etc. clubs go straight to the pros in sponsorship fees and to advertising companies. That's why clubs cost so much.
Alex when it comes to putters for me over my sixty years of golf play the weigh of the putter is key, I don't care about the look or sound off the face. In fact over the last 30 year I have tried over 50 putters but I am still gaming my 31 year old putter rust and oxide included in the look, my playing partners think it is horrendous looking. I just can't find one that compares to the feel so I game on with it I just don't care about their opinions.
@@JulianCross-wk2cq so why could you not answer the very simple question: how much? I don’t necessarily want to watch an entire video just to find out if something is out of my price range.
No doubt the ugliest putter I've seen Carbon or not , glue a brick on a stick would work too ! Golf has had weird "best " ever since the beguining of the game ...NO thanks .
I simply hate carbon fibre, I prefer Titleist drivers to others where it’s one of the few decent ones without carbon fibre, I also ride bikes (as my other expensive hobby and I choose premium steel over carbon fibre (and even over aluminium - I’d happily ride titanium but aren’t as common) To me that looks a sub £50 putter, I’ll stick with Scotty Cameron 👌
@@dustinroberson1865 a Reynolds 853 or 953 (stainless steel) are not heavy, being stronger than aluminium they’re not as thick tubing and I would sincerely have more faith in them than a carbon frame simply 2 kilos lighter than them….
It looks like a double bend mallet putter mix with a stealth driver. I don’t think it’s all that crazy. I’ve seen a lot more interesting Hutter creation than this.
People have no issue spending big money on drivers you might use 10-11 times per round, but I bet very few will justify to themselves the price of this putter which they would use on every hole at least once.
@@itshadouken MY PXG putter cover is leather. I doubt my PXG cover is air tight. No issue with moisture. It looks and works great For 702, you should get both type covers. .😅
Everything about that putter is weird. I love carbon fiber and the sciences behind it, but the odd curve of the neck and the driver look of it bothers me. I don't think I would adjust.
Good marketing by wrapping up real nice - You can really tell someone fell down on the head cover. Could of put a Golden P. on the cover. Something that would of made it look like money is dripping out of your bag.
Alex, you are beyond obsessed with looks and aesthetics, far more so than any other RUclips golf equipment reviewer. I only hope in choosing your significant other you are paying more attention to the person’s inner quality and beauty. Otherwise you will end up a very unhappy person indeed.
And you said Sergio played this putter? You can't be serious! This is definitely a gimmick product the manufacturer is praying people buy this concept. This absolute best thing about this putter is the mere fact it has a WINN grip on it,,, and that's all. I'll bet the same idiots that talked negatively about the L.A.B DF putter,, will just love this turd!, 🤣
Just another putter that doesn't improve your score. Just empties your wallet. And if you want premium packaging, order a Super Rat 3 wood from Temu. Best packaging I've ever seen in 64 years.
That is one of the worst looking putters ever. You can't really like it that much. Are you just trying to get a sponsorship? it was painful to watch you compliment it so much. I had to turn the channel. Let's be a little more constructive next time please, if there is a next time...
I really don't like the look or sound of it, I think I'd find that alignment aid really difficult to use. That being said, if I was holing more putts with it it'd be straight in the bag! (And be worth more than all the other clubs on the bag combined 🫠😅)
*I bet you have never seen this before?*
You can't argue with those results. You holed more putts in 5 minutes that Rick Shiels does in 2 hours.
😂😂
What video did you watch? He missed a ton

Exactly what I saw. Just more packaging to recycle ♻️
The worst are PXG.
Tissue Paper 😍
I feel like I have solved putting and it's not the putter, it's the putter.
Cool looking putter!
It will be down the local charity shop next year for €5.. seems to be the trend throw a massive price on something and call it premium..

Amazing Putter Well done 🎉🤩
You could never have a putter like that on Tour. With that big of a carbon footprint you’d have protesters at every event.

Do a comparison between it and your lab putter
What a brilliant idea 💡
I have put my putter cover away and bought a cheap £12 magnetised one. Mine is £50 secondhand on Ebay or around £100 new. SCOTTY California.
It seems the putter is designed for very fast greens where one can hit a bit harder but the balls rolls slower, a lot of dampening effect with out making the face insert soft
It's not the putter. IT'S THE Putter.
True. If you cannot read greens and have a terrible stroke, no putter will help you.
Review the new PXG Allen please!
If you had to choose this or the Lab which one?
Lab i think….
How many times does he say “premium”? Also, my putting has never improved by packaging or putting covers, sadly.

It's the person holding the putter that makes the most difference not the club.

For that much money it better be adjustable for lie and loft or it's just an expensive mallet on a stick for most golfers.
