Get ready to get your heart rate up, I loved this workout! Tabata means we are working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. I am using light dumbbells today. I am using 3 pound dumbbells, but grab a set of dumbbells that suit your fitness level! I will provide modifications for each movement. We will be completing 5 cardio movements and 5 core movements and we will going for 4 rounds of 20 seconds per movement. How much intensity can you give me today?! Let's go ALL OUT and CRUSH IT TOGETHER!

CRUSHED IT!! Buttttt the ending burpees and high knees killed me. Had to modify our last pyramid set to just bicycles for my abs instead of adding strain on my knees.

Hi I like the most of workouts and you. But you should put a timer for evey move instead of your count down with your voice. the timer MUST for workouts i think.
