Theft Caught On Camera - 02/28/2017, Arium Apartments in Pembroke Pines

On February 28th 2017 at approximately 2:30pm, a black male (thin build, 18-25 years of age and wearing blue/grey shorts, black shirt and black hat and eye glasses) approached the victim’s apartment and removed a recently ordered Dell All in One computer (valued at $400). It is unknown if the suspect left in a vehicle or on foot. The incident was captured on the victim’s Ring Doorbell camera. It is believed that the subject does not reside in the Arium Apartment Complex, but that he does frequent the area and is seen walking around the neighborhood.
