Armed Robbery - Mobil Gas, 901 N University Dr

On January 26, 2016, at approximately 7:09am, members of the Pembroke Pines Police Department responded to the Mobil Gas Station located at 901 N. University Drive in reference to an armed robbery which had just occurred.
Investigation revealed that the suspect selected merchandise and then approached the store clerk at the register. He then brandished a black in color pistol which had been concealed in the front pocket of his hoodie, and took an undetermined amount of cash from the register before fleeing on foot. A K-9 track led to 1030 NW 79 Way in Pembroke Pines where the suspect was ultimately located and positively identified by the store clerk.
