The E43 will be discontinued. If you're talking about the previous models, yes, they mostly do. The E53 had a new AMG trim that the E43 didn't have. Also, it has an updated steering wheel. Exterior wise, the E53 looks a bit different, both from the front and the back. Check the hood details, front lips, and exhaust tips.
