    Mid-mor: sprouts salad and nelli more.
    Lunch: 1 cup rice+murangai keerai parrupu+mixed veg poriyal+rasam.
    Dinner: Apple & pomegranate salad+buttermilk.
    Mor.:45 mins exercise.
    Eve.:30 mins walking.

    Day 8 morning warm water. BF 1 dosa 1 egg with lot of veggies sambar. Snack peanut 1 handful. Lunch vegetable salad 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup mushroom rice. Snack steamed mushroom. Dinner fruits only. Walking only 30 minutes rain interrupted . Skipping 500 counts. Cardio 15 minutes and exercise 15 minutes.

    Day 8 warm water 1 ,litre garlic 2,brown bread 2, banana 2 small, egg 2boiled,lunch boiled vegetable brand carrot cabbage beetroot one bowl wheat rice one small quantity, evng green tea, nuts, dinner ragi dosa 2 work out tred mill 30 Minutes, as u said my hus got tred mill for me nd nuts bulk quntity thank u so much bcoz of ur motivation so many changes even after making coffee in a cup I hv no heart to drink gave to my in law it's all bcoz of u god bless u nd ur family sis
