First off I dig your content, keep it up! I have another interesting note about trash, not only can you pick it up. You can also forage from it. I propane tank foraging in trash. I though that was interesting and something not many people may know. So it may be worth it to keep some of that trash around.
The hidden bridge under the water only works if you set the water quality to the highest, raiders still can see the bridge if their settings is in lowest graphics.
Printing free hunger elimination points more likely is what you meant. Calories (aswell as fats, carbs and proteins) count in cooked meal depend on A - food used, B - on cooking skill level of the one who cooks it.
building a floating base/house is pretty awkward. Player build houses etc etc dont have a ''inside'' according to the game so the temprature will be the same as outside. for ''normal'' houses the game has a different temprature. So this means when it gets like November your selfmade house will be cold. You can use a anthique oven and use that for heat but its pretty hard to maintain that for like LONG periods of time. Also the zombies will take down the ropes. My suggestion for a floating house is to make it attach to a building so you can just use that building to enter and exit, make it semi floating... It does take a pretty long time to build a floating base and I think its a waste of time because you can just pick ANY building and be better off. One thing it does have is that it looks cool haha
I do not know if it is an ingame mechanic or just my emotions overflowing my brain seeing my beloved character get wounded. But until proven wrong, your character actually becomes faster for like 1-3 seconds before slowing down because of a wound.

As far as I know the trash is a special category of foraging area, so if you're looking to get into foraging it might be useful for that.
