BlackStone Griddle, Fried Noodles, CO Fire Ban

With Fire Bans in Full effect in the state of Colorado, no BBQ for me! Got rid of my gas grill a while back and only use charcoal wood fire based BBQ. But Fortunately I do have a BlackStone Griddle to play with, which keeps me in the Outdoor Cooking game. So with whatever I had in the kitchen, whipped up some delicious Fried Noodles on the BlackStone. Great piece of equipment for quick healthy meals. Big servings?? Yes but I’m a skinny guy, and I go between meals 12-16 Hours. I work night shifts, so if my last meal was at 3AM plus a snack around 6AM (usually a pastry) I won’t eat again until 7PM till 9PM. They have a diet based on this I believe, not that I’m on the diet, just the way it works out.
