Just wow! This one shook me up. It was so senseless, and his "reasoning" was just a pathetic attempt to mask his jealousy. Adults solving their problems with violence is so scary. It never takes long before it comes to this 😥
I think it helps other who don’t know this yet… a lot of people click because they are JCS inspired. It’s how I got here! But I agree with the sentiment ahah.
It’s to help him be discovered in the algorithm and nothing more… if you want to succeed on the platform you need to do certain things to get your content discovered.
I found out that bad things happen to kids, so I murdered my wife. Makes perfect sense. I can't imagine the horror that he inflicted on his kid by murdering their mother. He protected his daughters from nothing. He took everything from them.
Yeah but so many people in our society say they would do heinous acts to people who hurt their children even if it's a family member and so many others support it like it's the right thing to do.
I know right? in the end it seemed like he was trying to portray himself as, "I'm just such a good person, too good for my own good, and it led me to be so virtuously stressed that I killed my ex-wife!"... seriously what a monster
Yep. He's trying to say that his wife was exposing their children to potential peadophiles and that the "incident" with his niece or whoever it was caused him to be justifiably fearful of a potential attack, enabled by his wife... and so all this "genuine" worry caused him to do what he did. Blah blah blah. What a crafty cunt!
What a way to treat the woman you allegedly loved; he didn't even consider how this would affect his children he was supposed to love and cherish. Now their childhood memories will be forever tarnished with his 47 stab wounds to their loving mother, imprinted indelibly, forever.
So infuriating!! If he wasn’t a judge, this never would have happened because he would have been in prison!! NO ONE should be treated with leniency because of their job or reputation!🤬 I hope those poor girls can grow up happy despite all of this!
Doubtful. Look around the internet at how many bitter, broken ,& abused people use this platform to emote their pain in the most virulent of ways. They'll likely grow up w/ deep seeded resentments. & that breaks my heart to know.
Just want to say "thank you" for making a clear and concise video. Too many true crime channels expect people to sit through 2 or more hours of boring, hardly audible interrogations when all they have to do is deliver the facts and make it all understandable. You did that very well here.
That slip up of “I blame my wife…” in the first clip of him in court was already a red flag. If I was a judge I would’ve sentenced him to the maximum amount of time the charges against him could hand out.
Ridiculous leniency - he had attacked her once and of course could do it again; stupid people drank in his 'apology' and supported him, really stupid...
I just began editing videos last year, and I wanted to applaud how much work you put into making these videos! Thank you for providing such great content! ❤
I watch a ton of true crime on YT and have seen a lot of the same cases covered again and again by different channels but for some reason I've never heard this one before even though it seemed to be a high profile case..Thanks for the great content.
Such a tragic case. It’s so heartbreaking when things like this happen. I can’t stand people who are so selfish they decide to take the life of another. Awful.
I hope that the people who supported him and thought he was such a good guy, felt like crap after he murdered his wife. It is unforgiveable that he did this.
Why does every 911 dispatcher ask obvious questions more than once when time is of the essence? “He beat me up” “Ok are you injured?” “He took off with my daughters in the car” “Is he with you now?” It must be the constant stress of that job or the fact that the caller has to be 100 percent clear (which isn’t true)
It’s frustrating, I agree. But they are trained this way for many reasons. I heard one once where they found a person that was cold and stiff and the 911 operator was asking if they were awake, were they breathing, and then trying to get the people to do CPR. Thankfully they had to sense to say they would not do that but I could see someone feeling like they have to do what they are told. It’s very frustrating sometimes.
He hid his true self for so long... He was a role model, a great job, a beautiful wife and loving children... But apparently that wasn't enough for him. Seems he was quite the con. He even had support after committing a vicious crime, but he didn't appreciate it. He was so lucky that first time, unlike many, he had a chance to still have a good life.. but he still wasn't satisfied. Those people that wrote the letters on his behalf will forever have to live with their decision to do so. I can't even imagine... Although I'm sure they didn't mean for this to happen, it did. They will probably never have a good night's sleep again. She probably haunts them relentlessly, if not in reality then in their minds. They should really be ashamed of themselves. If you ask me he got off easy again. Monsters like him are the reason death penalties exist anywhere. If they let him out I believe his girls will be in real danger. What an absolute waste. My heart goes out to all those he inflicted suffering upon. May he never see the light of day again.. Thanks for the video
He knew exactly what to say to get a short sentence and he had everyone around him writing letters about his character. The amount of convincing lying he did should scare EVERYONE.
*Holy shit, man!* You really do have the best channel in this genre. The way you tell these stories pulls me in like nobody else. Stay Awake and Beside the dying fire are 2 channels that always produce excellent content.
This guy is a true monster. He’s not sorry for what he did, he’s sorry for himself. The fact that he tried to blame his actions on a family member being raped was disgusting.
What a sorry excuse for a man! Lock him up and throw away the key!! Another excellent episode, best crime channel on RUclips. Condolences to Aisha’s family and friends. Greetings from 🇬🇧
He asked if she was okay after he beat her down. That had me flabbergasted. He killed her because she moved on. It was pure jealousy and because he lost everything. The family member being assaulted was just an excuse. He planned to kill her after the first time he beat her. He manipulated the people who forgave him. He should've went to counseling the first time if he was truly remorseful. Another family was destroyed. What a shame.
LIFE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE??? How many chances has this animal had to demonstrate reform but FAILED miserably???? This is insane. Someone like this was still allowed visitation with his children after the 1st incident?? I don't understand the justice system. The legal system failed Aisha. The legal system fails victims of domestic violence all too often.
It’s so easy and empty to ask for forgiveness after the fact. Hope they can go after those people that vouch for him and kept him a menace to his family. RIP Aisha.
I knew that he was full of it when he kept saying in court "I have to be punished" These bastards who hurt others, consequences for their actions never enters their rotten minds.
How did that get plead down to an ATTEMPTED assault with grievous injury? HE STOMPED HER FACE IN. How did all the city officials stand behind him and put him in positions of power after what he had done?. That was a travesty of justice and his words were obvious lip service
Hearing a reporter call it an "alleged attack" is so disgusting honestly, its not alleged when shes black and blue and her face is so beaten she had to get surgery
Exactly why the hell the term agreed to serve time.😮 apparently one standards for this beast and a different one for the rest of us. So sad I bet those around refused to acknowledge who he really was.
Dang!! Do these 911 operators ever pay attention to what the caller is saying..the first time? the second time? I hear this in nearly every single 911 call!😮
I agree. I dont think Africans have the ability to actually comprehend law and apply it to cases presented to them. Their repeated violent behavior also shows their inability to control themselves or their emotions.
As an abused spouse and the police unable to do things to help..I pray that this bill helps. Please be aware the most dangerous time for a victim is when she leaves or proves she can move on..watch out for each other Peace Love and Joy
When he said "I'm ready to accept my punishment," he knew his punishment wasn't going to be as bad as what it should've been. Sentenced to 2 year's and only did 9 month's is absurd!!
For causing a traffic accident he gets 5 years, but for a murder he can get paroled after only 30 years... I think the balance between these crimes and the punishments is totally off.
What he had done was a horrible act which took life of mother, of his own kids.. The kids unfortunately lost both mom n dad...is that protecting the kids from abusers?? Now they would be vulnerable than ever...SMH
Nowhere in that whole B.S. statement did he actually apologize or say that he was going to change. I hate domestic violence, there is NEVER any justifiable reason! It should be charged as domestic terrorism, because that is what it truly is.
5:20 "I'm heartbroken and devastated for the pain I caused my wife and the girls, but it doesn't compare to the pain and devastation that I've done to them." Uh, aren't those the same thing, Judge?

We’ve had rats in the foundations for a while & yes it stressful but you don’t kill one another. People make excuses for one another all the time. People show who they are they do not change. He’s full of shit they say he speaks, he was worried something would happen to his kids?! Something did happen; he killed their precious mother.
That's interesting... I had pest control out. They dropped a load of bait. In the following week or month, can't remember exactly but there where a wod load of dead rodents.... So is it illegal over there to actually kill the rodents...
You can't blame anyone for being captivated by his charm. Even Aisha supported his early release.
All of those judges and officials who gave him a recommendation need to be voted out.
To me, this is one of the best ones done. The little things in editing. The story was presented great, the choice of clips from the body cams. I really look forward to these when I see the notification. I always hope they are like an hour but seriously, 👍 great job on this one.
I agree! This is talent.
Agreed.
Their poor Babies.
He deserves to be forgotten by all who loved him forever more.
truly
Just wow! This one shook me up. It was so senseless, and his "reasoning" was just a pathetic attempt to mask his jealousy. Adults solving their problems with violence is so scary. It never takes long before it comes to this 😥
I don't even think you need to put " [ JCS Inspired ]" in the title. You stand out on your own.
@@Violettero but it was inspired by JCS
It's all about the algorithm.
I'm aware. I'm not telling the guy to remove it, just that his content is good enough to stand on its own lol
I found out that bad things happen to kids, so I murdered my wife. Makes perfect sense.
I can't imagine the horror that he inflicted on his kid by murdering their mother. He protected his daughters from nothing. He took everything from them.
absolute madness he makes no sense at all those poor children 😢
I was thinking WTF is he talking about? some third cousin of his was SA and that let him to try to cut his wife's head. What a POS
He showed them who he was but they did not want too see.
Ridiculous leniency - he had attacked her once and of course could do it again;
stupid people drank in his 'apology' and supported him, really stupid...
Again, the instant I get off work I get a notification from you, makes my night. Cheers from Denver!!
Have an omelette for me.
@@CraigStCyrPlus love it! 🤣 I miss the omelet
Awful.
Thank you for this. Little by little DV is being recognized for the crime that it is, instead of just a 'little' something to brush under the rug.
I’m not shocked. They say pick better but there are too many men like this.
...and women.
Facts to the both of you. Staying single seems to be the better option these days.

This case made me very sad. I’ve seen countless true crime videos but this one just…so SAD.
Agree 😢
I’m so happy I found your channel! Perfectly done. One of the best I’ve seen on RUclips.
You can’t just murder ppl because someone else in your family had been SA’d. That didn’t even make any sense.
Absolutely abhorrent to use someone ELSES trauma as an excuse to to kill your wife.
All I could think was Objection! Relevance!
when he said that, i was confused man. what does the sa do to connected to the killing ? bffr

@StayAwake, very good job on this one! Your channel continues to get better and it’s truly appreciated!
Just want to say this is one of the best true crime channels and you have the world to be proud of
Love your narration
Yes 🙌🏼 thank u for this little late evening video! Love when u post! Keep these 💎 coming 💙💜😻
The best channel, thank you!
I hope that the people who supported him and thought he was such a good guy, felt like crap after he murdered his wife. It is unforgiveable that he did this.
That's not necessary. They probably do...But they can't be faulted for falling for his manipulation. Even Aisha supported his early release. ..
Instances like this are so black & white. I wouldn't even support my closest friend or family no matter their reputation.
Awesome channel. Keep up the great work my dude!
Those poor girls. How do you ever move past that?

Why does every 911 dispatcher ask obvious questions more than once when time is of the essence?
“He beat me up”
“Ok are you injured?”
“He took off with my daughters in the car”
“Is he with you now?”
It must be the constant stress of that job or the fact that the caller has to be 100 percent clear (which isn’t true)
Just another man with that jealousy of "if I can't have you, no one else can"
I love the length of your videos. A lot of us don't have the time to watch hour long episodes, yours is perfect!
His true self is a vicious murderer not a good guy.
He'll be old bones when he's finally released. Let's hope he serves out his entire sentence.
Why would they have to live with that decision? How were they to honestly know?
He knew exactly what to say to get a short sentence and he had everyone around him writing letters about his character. The amount of convincing lying he did should scare EVERYONE.
*Holy shit, man!* You really do have the best channel in this genre. The way you tell these stories pulls me in like nobody else. Stay Awake and Beside the dying fire are 2 channels that always produce excellent content.
I sincerely hope he meets a lot of the men he put behind bars again in prison for a welcome party.
For a soap slumber party...? 😏😏😂😂😂

@@marie_84yes but with a broom stick
This guy is a true monster. He’s not sorry for what he did, he’s sorry for himself. The fact that he tried to blame his actions on a family member being raped was disgusting.
It's a craving for victimhood. It's in the culture

Awesome work as usual.
Great vid like always friend
Thanks for sharing ❤
Parole after 30yrs? Isn’t this guy supposed to be sent to death row? This is unbelievable.
Excellent video as usual
He asked if she was okay after he beat her down. That had me flabbergasted. He killed her because she moved on. It was pure jealousy and because he lost everything. The family member being assaulted was just an excuse. He planned to kill her after the first time he beat her. He manipulated the people who forgave him. He should've went to counseling the first time if he was truly remorseful. Another family was destroyed. What a shame.
That made me angry. First class manipulator.
Another great video !!
If only someone could have seen this coming.
“He only beat his wife senseless, who could’ve see this coming!?”
I swear to fucking god…
It’s so easy and empty to ask for forgiveness after the fact. Hope they can go after those people that vouch for him and kept him a menace to his family. RIP Aisha.
All his letter and apologies were lies, what a manipulative predator. That is shocking how convincing he was.
Always well done!
Hearing a reporter call it an "alleged attack" is so disgusting honestly, its not alleged when shes black and blue and her face is so beaten she had to get surgery
Wow! This was excellent and I’ve never heard this one before.
I’m kinda surprised that he didn’t do the raging narcissist thing and represent himself.
somebody should teach those officers not to constantly flag each other
That one line that stands out, “ the gentleman (actually JUDGE) has agreed to serve time “.
Exactly why the hell the term agreed to serve time.😮 apparently one standards for this beast and a different one for the rest of us. So sad I bet those around refused to acknowledge who he really was.
I have never heard this one. How infuriating.
Judges should be forced to review this case and watch this video to understand just how devious and conniving people can be.
Damn, how can you not think of your kids, & what such acts will do to them… R.I.P. she was to good of a person!
Dang!! Do these 911 operators ever pay attention to what the caller is saying..the first time? the second time? I hear this in nearly every single 911 call!😮
How dare he invoke the crimes committed against a victim to try to excuse his conduct.
they forgot one count of being a complete trucking punt, and one count of being full of isht
This man was never a judge, just a good actor.
I agree. I dont think Africans have the ability to actually comprehend law and apply it to cases presented to them.
Their repeated violent behavior also shows their inability to control themselves or their emotions.
No, he literally was employed as a judge.

When he said "I'm ready to accept my punishment," he knew his punishment wasn't going to be as bad as what it should've been. Sentenced to 2 year's and only did 9 month's is absurd!!
That man is a monster. My heart breaks for his daughters. 💔
love your channel
For causing a traffic accident he gets 5 years, but for a murder he can get paroled after only 30 years... I think the balance between these crimes and the punishments is totally off.
What he had done was a horrible act which took life of mother, of his own kids.. The kids unfortunately lost both mom n dad...is that protecting the kids from abusers??
Now they would be vulnerable than ever...SMH
2 years for beating his wife. 5 years for injuing a cop.
Nowhere in that whole B.S. statement did he actually apologize or say that he was going to change. I hate domestic violence, there is NEVER any justifiable reason! It should be charged as domestic terrorism, because that is what it truly is.
He pleaded not guilty at first. He’s a sick man
5:20 "I'm heartbroken and devastated for the pain I caused my wife and the girls, but it doesn't compare to the pain and devastation that I've done to them." Uh, aren't those the same thing, Judge?
If you have to read your apology from cue cards, you aren't really sorry..
He said the same thing after the first charge...he is not ashamed...again??? Sick individual
