**DISCLAIMER: 99% of the links I provide in my review videos are Amazon Associate affiliate links, which means I will get a commission if you buy it. However, that will come out of AMAZON'S pocket, not yours. Also, I am not in the habit of posting an affiliate link to a book that I thought was awful. On those rare occasions when I do say I am on the fence and/or not a fan of the product I review, I will still include a link so that, if you wish, you can still get the product anyway and decide for yourself if it was worth the investment.**

It doesn’t really explain the techniques; it’s a general overview of the system. Plus, even if it did, you can’t really learn this or any martial art from books.
