    Great video! I'm arriving on Sunday and cannot wait. We're thinking of heading up to Montgat as the beach looks quieter, but will probably check out Barceloneta too!

      No that will definitely be more quiet. Just a short train ride and it looks like those trains will be free!

    We were at the end as we stayed in Diagonal Mar Hilton. Not packed and all seems to local-ish. 👍😁

      Did you go to the beach? That's a little bit further down from Nova Mar Bella, which I mentioned in the video.

      @@PatrickGuideBarcelona I think we were at Llvant beach. There was a dog section which was nice to see. I also saw a lot of dogs in Diagonal shopping centre. Spain seems to be very dog friendly country. ❤️ 🐕🐾

      @PatrickGuideBarcelona  2 года назад +1

      Yeah that’s the last beach along the coast basically. Very dog friendly not one of the top things people notice.

    Hi I’m a little confused. You said that people selling on the beach is not illegal (legal) but they that there was an announcement not to buy items from them. We are trying to go for our honeymoon and the beach is on the list. Is it legal or illegal to buy from the “hockers”? Thanks for the info.

    • @PatrickGuideBarcelona
      @PatrickGuideBarcelona  Год назад +1

      Maybe I didn’t pronounce it very well, but what I said is it’s not a legal activity. The announcement was not to buy anything.

    Hi! Are you going to do a video about September in Barcelona 2022? And do you know how long a tourist and a student visa takes for Spain? Thanks!

    • @PatrickGuideBarcelona

      Yes there will be a September video. And I have no idea how long visas take. That depends on the embassies

    So there's all this news about how UK people entering Spain now need to prove that they can afford 100 € / day in Spain, and need to show a return or onward ticket, as well as proof of lodging. All this because of Brexit, UK people no longer being EU citizens. Does this also apply to other non-EU travelers to/through Spain, say from the US, like me and my family?
