    Well I'd like to thank you so much I took my time stripped lawnmower straitened blade took magneto off cleaned it too much oil coming out piston and exhausted and after a few smokey starts it now runs great thank you from fred paton from dundee Scotland

    Check valve lash first then flywheel key last 😊

      Well I'd just like to thank you again it gave me confidence to tackle the other lawnmower cleaned stripped magneto set valves totally stripped down carburettor it was full of rust first pull of the pull cord away it went .your video was very helpful hope you get lots of likes thanks again m8

    You did well to get that job done.. did you set it to TDC before setting the valves?

      I believe so yes.. But my first time adjusting valves on a mower so probably not perfectly done..

      The valves weren't on the outside to adjust them on this model you could only see the seated valves after the cover was off a little carbon on them cleaned up without a complete strip down but now runs better than before thanks again funny thing was I searched the house the shed all my tools 2hours to find feelergauge and I didn't need it lol

    Knocking> Maybe check if the cutting blade is tight and undamaged.
