With the rapid pace of innovation, there is intense competition and a "race to the bottom" focused on optimizing price versus performance. For Zavata to succeed, we need a unique productization strategy that sets us apart from our competitors. Established players like Workable and HireVue have advantages due to their existing partnerships and distribution networks.
Despite these challenges, the startup credits we've secured are a vital resource that will enable us to develop and refine Zavata. These credits will allow us to leverage powerful cloud platforms and customer support tools, helping us build a differentiated product that addresses specific customer needs.
As a bootstrapped business, it's crucial to make every opportunity count. While facing uncertainty and risks, I'm also considering taking on consulting clients to ensure cash flow and sustain the business. Creating cold email automation to acquire clients, booking meetings, and utilizing tools like Slack for communication could help achieve this goal.
Entrepreneurship is often a lonely journey, filled with highs and lows. It's challenging to work in isolation, and there's always the question of whether I can truly be called an entrepreneur without a steady cash flow. However, I believe in Zavata and am determined to navigate these challenges. With perseverance, creativity, and the right resources, I am optimistic about finding our niche in the AI landscape and making Zavata a success.

Absolutely there is!!
But there definitely is a market where the first layer of candidates have to be hired quickly - if not there would be a billing loss for the client - so they'd want to fill the position really quick.
Also - I'm really just tarteging 10 clients max!!!
Even if I just get 10 clients using my product - that's a big deal for me.
