    Seeking perfection or emulating those who do the same is a good thing! It will help to keep you alive. You have the foundation of a professional pilot, your judgement, to date, has served you well. I also see the value in how Max performs, anyone who doesn't, should think twice about this business. Keep it up!

    I loved your flight. What a perfect airplane, and IMHO you few it perfectly. That's a lot of airplane to drive around, but you did it seamlessly. As an, shall we say, older person, I never completed my IFR or Commercial training - everything but the check rides, and that's what counts, right? :-) That was a 100 years ago. Thank you for allowing us to fly along with you. Thanks, N6395T, my EAB, but the Arrow was always my favorite little GA plane. :-)

    I love flying over Phoenix at night! It’s fun to fly over to falcon Field from Scottsdale for dinner taxi right up to the restaurant and fly back low level in the Scottsdale right over the center of the airport. Make a left down wind for three.

      @@westcoastflyer thanks! I love your video. Thanks for sharing all this with us. I got my private license at Phoenix sky Harbor and I just could not wait till my night training it was a thing I wanted to do the most. Then I flew the diamond star out of Scottsdale for several years. Another place I absolutely love going to Sedona. It’s one of my favorite places to fly that is such a beautiful place and the airport is you probably know is on a Mesa with 500 foot drops at each end of the runway. i’ve also done a couple of the Helicopter tours there it’s amazing. They hover 1000 foot up sheer cliffs and you can still see the pottery and the ladders at the Indians used to use there as they lived in those cliffs 1000 feet up from the canyon floor. It’s just so beautiful there, when I see that it speaks to me and tells me there is no way all this just happened by random chance. It’s impossible that’s just my belief but anyway, thank you again.

    Very much enjoying your trips and videos! Like you mentioned, style/presentation a little like Citation Max, who coincidentally flies out of Westchester, NY, which is where I earned my Private. Excellent video and sound quality, good camera angles, and good coverage of flight details (departures, procedures, etc.). I recently sold my Diamond DA40 after earning my IFR and Commercial in it and flying round trip across the U.S. twice in it.... loved that plane! My hope - get a DA42 in the next year or so. Keep up the excellent work! Would love to hear more about where you're going with aviation.... just for fun, or commercial pilot aspirations, what certificate(s) you're working up to, and how it fits into your other career/business activities. Again, great job!

    curious , is the Space X Departure NOT in the Garmin 1000. if it is , why did you have to set your HSI to 230 manually ??

    • @westcoastflyer
      @westcoastflyer  10 месяцев назад +1

      I don’t have to set the 230° manually but I do for situational awareness. The Garmin Perspective + (g1000) does have the space x departure and it will tell you where to go…it was there in the video.
      Thanks!
