Nice try, the first quests after you go south are pure suffering! Some tips: don't hoard skill points, every bit counts, upgrade the armored combat passive to make your equipment stronger and more durable, it's very important for melee! Athletics is good for movement skills and Warfare is good for buffs and crowd control, dont just focus on mace tree, the 2h mace passives are only good when you have a lot of skills. Buy ANY cheap hand armor item, a naked body parts takes 100% damage and it shows because you're always dropping your weapon mid combat. You can move your caravan around the map, just talk to Vellen and you can click anywhere where there's not a road, that's very useful for fast traveling and to have a base/free saving spot nearby. You can alt click to eat/drink/use items, that saves a lot of time! And never enter a dungeon unprepared, carry at least 2 splint, 3 bandages, some healing salves and one or two pieces of food. In the city you're at, there's a church a bit to the right of the inn, you can pray to the statue to get some amazing buffs against undead, pray before you enter the dungeon so you can have an easy start, the buff should last halfway. Also, if things are starting to go south midway through the dungeon, just go back, save and recover, it's fine to advance dungeons bit by bit, you always keep the experience and the items, so slowly but surely you win. Excellent series, always nice to see people discovering as they go.
this game seems interesting, thank you for sharing this.
Thank you for watching!
The game is really good, but I do warn you it's very unforgiving.
