I visited my nonna many years ago. I just remember the scents of all the aromatic herbs in her kitchen. So unique! She woke up every morning and made tagliatelle by hand every day. Miss her so much... thank you for your video
We went to Rome and Venice for a few days, I fell in love! The history, the architecture the people…Venice was my favorite. I’m not a big fan of pasta though. But there was so much to eat, the bread, pastries, vegetables and gelato!!! Oh, and the coffee and tiramisu!!! So good. I wish I could come back one day.

They start by making pesto they use basil,nut and other invredient that you don't see in the video well( if you want you can search the recipe on interent) then they wash some vegetables : tomatoes, cucumber and radish ( purple salad is a bit bitter but still good). The name of the pasta that they cook is "trofie" is the better pasta to eat with pesto, on pasta they put parmigiano cheese and am other tipe of cheese that i didin't get. After outside they eat pancake with nutella and berries, while drinking an spritz alcoholic ( some times ) sparkling drink. Then they ate a pizza with olives, artichokes ( the white vegetable) and ham , the other one is just margerita ( cheese pizza ) and the orher one is with peppers, courgettes/zucchini ( i think i can see much ). For dessert there are cream puffs with chocolate and pistacchio and other dessert made with puff pastry and cream. Sorry but i can tell you what are the sweet they got at the pastry because I'm from the centre italy and they are from the south. The yellow thing that they see at the supermarket is " limoncello" an alcoholic drink made by lemon ( limone in italian). Then they make a type of stuffed pasta named " tortellini " in different way. They put oil and white onion to cook for make " soffritto" somting that make the food better , then add tomatoes to make tomatoes sauce. After they cook shrimps . I'm tired of seeing in all these type of videos "you copying rosie maio" "you should give credit to rosie maio" etc etc, GUYS is it too difficult to just enjoy the content?? Nobody is copying anyone, Rosie does not own the content of this style, sure she popularized the style but in the end, each one is in different cities with different families, with different food, therefore, they are different experiences. So if you like Italian gastronomy and its culture, just enjoy that there is currently more content to see instead of just being a hater, remember that if you dont have anything good to say, dont say it all.
Yea! Also all the korean yutubers make the same type of content...this is just like that....a type! Not the same video, i think its gud to watch different people make the same content...v could watch different foods the make!
I think if you do any videos about a week i eat at my Nana's house its going to be very,very similar how else can you change it cooking eating, families are the same so the only difference is its going to be different people then each others families. Every recipes are different anyway.

Però mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere il risultato finale dei pilmeni e dei vareniki (in Ucraina chiamiamo così gli altri tipi di tortelloni ripieni) . Hai fatto vedere quando tua mamma metteva il ripieno ma poi da cotti no. Un peccato. Magari migliorerei un po’ anche il lavoro di editing e spiegherei meglio i piatti che tua mamma prepara. Why does the sound keep going off?? Very annoying indeed! Other than that I like. Several questions come to mind: why do you keep weighing the pasta? Don't you use a little extra if there is extra? We always cook the whole packet and it always gets eaten. Italians do not like onions very much, do they? How come pasta nearly everyday and not everyone is diabetic, lol?
Men don’t do a lot in Italy, do they? Your mom works like a draft horse, your Nonna and Auntie work a lot. But I don’t see the men doing any work other than shelling peanuts or cashier.

Yes strongly agreed. Rosie has genuine content and back story but this Maddie lacks direction and it is just copy and paste of Rosie Maio. Not a hater but that is just my observation from Asia Continent. I showed this to my friends and they all agreed too. Maddie pls style your content slightly differently and set your own direction. Perhaps by then u will get more likes and less comments about your copycat style 😊
