I have a 2023 limited hybrid and it's a great functional vehicle along with great features, my concern with the new gen would be the additional weight while using the same powertrain, I feel it would struggle.
Had the 2023 SEL Premium Hybrid, now have the 2024 Calligraphy Hybrid. It definitely does not struggle. I'd say acceleration is about equivalent. I do really miss the panoramic sunroof, though. The dual sunroof is not nearly as magestic lol. I honestly loved the 2023 (got totaled) and love the 2024. The exteriors are very different ofc, but I like them both pretty equally. But the 2024 interior is leaps and bounds ahead of the 2023. And they fixed all the issues with the 2023 infotainment system (slow at times, no wireless AA/CP, etc). I also really love that it has a 3rd row now, and it's enough to fit children and shorter adults.
Unfair competition! Even your language favors the 2024. You're comparing a 2023 SE to a new Hybrid! Regardless, I like the 2023 Limited better. 2024 is just too big for us. Besides, it's better looking.
Man .... Hyundai messed up big time with the redesign.... it's horrible!!! The previous design was freaking nice, all they to do was run with ot and make certain modifications. Fire the engineers that designed that new look!!!
I love it. Ever since it was announced I liked the look of the new one, and two weeks ago I bought one. I guess it’s either you love it or you hate it.
I have a 2023 Calligraphy model, which is the top model offered. It has more bells and whistles I’ll ever need. Beautiful car and drives like a high end car. I personally don’t like the new square design. Seems very masculine, but that’s probably why you like it more than me.

Good point, I worry about that as well with many of these manufacturers, I guess time will tell.

You nailed it! They added 600lb to compete against their own 3-row Palisade and abandoned the mid-sized SUV market.
Old Santa Fe is a retirement special. They should sell it at Costco with some sketchers and chinos.
It needed the update.
Hahahahaa super funny!

Sorry about that. We were trying to focus on the body style not on the trim comparison.
Thanks for watching.

I mean, I would say it all comes down to preference no? Others will think otherwise.
The new is not good looking they make a terrible job on the new one, better looking the old one.

I think it's personal preference. I personally like it.
Thanks for watching.
You compared the top version of new Santa Fe vs the cheapest version of the old Santa Fe! How thoughtful you are
Thank you for the watch. But we were focusing on body styles and not trims.

Haha well it all comes down to preference I say. But I do think your right. Looks more rugged.
Apparently we're not gonna talk about how fugly the stop lights (the positioning) are on the new Santa Fe lol
I mean, it all comes down to preference. Some may like it, some may not, obviously you don’t lol
