The Legends line really needs more monster like Werewolf by Night, Man-Spider, Stegron and Harpey to name a few.
All those molds sound expensive! How about another Iron Man?

I regrettably passed on the Vintage Card version as i could only afford so many figures at the time and thought i could get it later on.... Only for it to be sold out quickly and be very expensive, so i'm glad a new version was released as part of this wave

We do need an update and variants to Scarlet Witch, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, Wasp. Legends needs to up their game with more figures like this, the plastic-free era and the price point, that drops off dramatically for holiday sales. My eyes have started to wander to other properties like Thundercats, Gargoyles, and TMNT.
Cannot wait to get this Vision! He certainly looks like he jumped right off the comic book pages! Another banger of a review mate. Thank you!! 🙏🏼

There was another retro-carded Vision figure in the classic design with shinier green paint that was released a couple of years before. I wonder how that looks next to this Vision figure.
For what Hasbro is charging, it should have shading throughout. Energy effects and another set of hands or an extra, expressive head.

He looks good but he could have used some accessories or an alternate head. Glad to see the newer bucks used on the Better Known characters though! A decent upgrade.

6:15 What's the point of having the cut at the forearms if they're just gonna continue to paint the gloves? I thought it was there so they could easily switch out pieces. They should've sculpted a new glove cuff. Another criticism is that the outer black lines on the torso don't go all the way up like the middle one does. 10:11 Your Black Panther looks like he has two left upper boots.
It’s nice to know that it’s not just me. The lines on the torso are very distracting. Not only do the outer lines not go all the way up, but the ab crunch simulates yet another set of lines. The execution of the glove and boot tops are more reminiscent of the original Toy Biz version than anything else.
All in all, I’m not sure I see this as being a clear upgrade over the retro card Vision the way most others seem to. It does some things better, but others not as well. I think this is a good example of where I need to start cutting back on my spending. Having said that, I think it’s great for those who missed out on or are unhappy with the retro card version.

I like the cape more on this new version, but I still like the retro wave one more. The colors, mold, and overall design are more appealing than the new one to me.
This Vision looks great, my only other nitpick besides the cape is that I think he should have black eyes. All those Classic Avengers comics had vision with black eyes.

Not sure if you own it but do any of the Marvel Select effects or hands work with this new ML Vision? Probably too big but might be able to fudge them
I have the Select but unopened, I nearly opened it for comparison BUT I do think ultimately in regards to scale the select is to big if your collecting and displaying Legends, great figure but out of scale for Legends, at least for me
Like to upgrade my vision because the older ones plastic is crappy brittle, crap 😭😃😛
I think its time hasbro needs to change the waist swivel to ball joints like the gi joe classified. The aesthetics of the swivel its not very appealing. But great review mate cheers.
I agree. I just got the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spider-Man figures and that weird ab crunch they have are so ugly. And the crotch piece is such a hard plastic that if you kick the legs forward, they scuff the plastic. I think someone said Joes use a soft diaper piece to avoid that happening?
They should just look at how Jada Toys have done their Street Fighter figures. Better articulation, paint on the body, extra hands, heads and effects. All for less than most of Hasbro's figures.
Hasbro seems to struggle with ball joints.
I think the only time the YRG color combo has worked is Robin (Dick & Tim) and Vision. Not even Pérez designed Simon worked for me.
the HB Vision went right to the fodder box as I bought (and could AFFORD!) multiple HulkBusters. I’ll probably complete one Void, maybe see how the Dormammu or GR heads fit on the BAF to see if I want another for another demon?
I only bought Sentry because he was recently on sale at Walgreens. And rumor is he’s going to be the antagonist in MCU Thunderbolts?

Oh, I did come across White retro Vis at Ross about two months ago. I couldn’t pass him up for $6.

I thought I was content with my older Visions, I still like the bucky Capt bodies. But the new head is fantastic and pairs with the metallic scarlet witch to give the vibe of late 00s where there was a lot of more realistic art but still with the classic costumes.
Thanks for the review. I'm still debating whether to buy this one since I still have the retro and Hulkbuster ones. I think this Vision would been worthwhile had he come with an alternate head with him using his laser beam.
Legendsverse sounds cool as heck. I love this version of Vision. I have the west coast avengers cardback version, a few older versions of this, a marvel select version of this, and a 3.75 version of this, however, this one is tough to pass up. Looks really solid and a nice upgrade. Pinless all around looks nice too.
This Vision definitely looks like an update. I have the various other versions but I think this one looks like the best version.
Having them all in hand this is defo the best Vision, suits in so well with some of the more recent Avengers too

did you never get the retro Vision with the classic colors? he was on the Sunfire body i think he was metallic thats the one i have on display. this one is far Superior and i cannot wait to add him to the collection,

Looks good! Probably need to grab this guy as I still have the Hulkbuster Vision in my display, although having said that I still really like that old figure.

My 3rd and last needed Vision. I have 3 Marvel Earth's.
We need a new Man Thing Deluxe or BAF since hes now in the mcu
This is the best Vision so far, he is also pinless, the others figs didn't do his justice, the retro one is too short, the same with the ones of Bucky Cap mold. Hope they will do the spectral version with this Vulcan mold too. Magneto should use this mold as well.

The best version of a Rob Liefeld Vision maybe. Retro carded Vision is the best. Or are we bulking up all the skinnier heroes in preparation for MacFarlane making 7 inch Legends?

Hasbro need to start doing material capes now. This unposible heavy plastic case just makes it difficult to anything with the figure.

I don’t understand this, all my regular RUclips content is free. Always has been and always will be. I only offer bonus content for people that WANT to support the channel, and I think I offer a good membership too as if you become a member you literally get to be on the channel, we have build a solid community here, have you watched Legends & Liqour, I have like 18 plus guests on a show and people have a great time. You do realise lots of hard work goes into this and it’s still only a hobby not my actual full time job, I work a regular job like everyone else, I have a family and other commitments and still provide regular free content, yet your complaining that you don’t want to pay for bonus content and it’s ‘sickening’ I’m sorry you feel this way but I think your being very ignorant to the hard work, passion and dedication it takes to run a channel this consistently. It “holding more value” on the retro card is an entirely objective opinion. Loads of people couldn’t give a damn about Hasbro’s attempt to charge us more money for less
Thats fair my friend, Ive never stated anything I say to be fact. Just speaking amongst friends with my thoughts as I review things, dont over think it.
