Instant Pot Leg Of Lamb
Ingredients
1 Leg Of Lamb
1 Chopped Up Onion
2 Chopped Up Bell Peppers
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
Chopped Up Potatoes
Baby Carrots
Beef Rub Of Your Choice
Directions
Put Rub On Leg Of Lamb
Put Instant Pot on Sauce Mode and add Avocado Oil
Brown up Leg of Lamb on each side for about 4 Minutes each side
Pull out leg of lamb
Add more Avocado Oil
Mix in Onions, Bell Peppers, Garlic and cute for about 5 minutes
Add Leg Of Lamb, Potatoes and Bobby Carrots
Turn on Instant Pot on High and set for 60 minutes, and then let natural release for 15 minutes.
Pull out and eat dinner.
