i've just found your channel due to searching for Ryobi 36v (i found a 36v whipper snipper without battery) and was thinking if it's good, i may buy a faulty battery to use the base of the case to mount makita 18v in series for 36v (is this fine?) and then use the cells from it that are still ok to repack some other battery packs i have that are dead perhaps. I have got a 2ah ozito pack with 2 dead cells, i think possibly due to the ozito snipper doesn't have any complex battery management in the tool itself to prevent cooking the cells.
Thanks for doing this. I was wondering what the battery type inside was. Once I saw this video I got my Ozito battery and tore it down. The 3.7 volt lithium 18650 batteries are just what I needed to run my metal detector. I only needed two of the 3.7 volt batteries and got ten of them from busting open this battery pack. Cheers
Thanks for doing this, I really wanted to know what they looked like inside/cell-counts... thanks.
