Flipping for Skinks, Lizards, and Snakes in Kern County | Field Herping California

Join us as we search for reptiles and amphibians in Kern County California. We find lots of Gilbert's Skinks, Southern Alligator Lizards, and Western Fence Lizards. Plus an awesome Western Rattlesnake and Sidewinder show up while road cruising after dark.

Awesome variety of lizards! Some amazing country in Kern County. I've always wanted to see the home turf of the golden trout.

I'm from Texas your alligator lizards look much different than the ones we have in Texas even though I'm in Florida no alligator lizards here
