I admit that just by looking at those two panels by themselves I could have never imagined the sonic possibilities. This is beyond great, thank you for sharing your expertise.
I know I must sound like a repeated loop, but any chance of sharing any patch comments? I'm going crazy trying to follow the cables, amazing sound as usual, congrats guys
Good point, will try to keep that in mind, however, it's rather difficult - most of these patches evolve over a couple of days and might end up quite far away from where they started. For "Kernkraft", for instance, I started with a timbre-based idea, then Teo and I played around and thought we had killed the patch and should start something else from scratch when the sound suddenly reminded me of "Kernkraft 400" and then Teo took over again and we ended up with the version recorded...
@@serge-modular of course is easy to see the complexity of the signal flow, what about small foundational patches, like pinging VCF and other small things unique to serge and easy to explain? Thanks for listening guys

They just looked/seemed fascinating to me even before I heard them.
Fantastic! Love the musicality of the patches. Watching this on repeat since couple of days and started creating possible patches in my head, I think its time to consider buying this combo 😅 Is it possible to buy this setup with the wooden sides from your store or from patch point?
The Melancholia chord progression is stunning. How is it sequenced? Sounds like three separate voices. One melody on top which switches a beat before the other two. I'm guessing the bottom two chordnotes are from the 8 step sequencer but the melody has me stumped. :)
It would be great if you would share patching sheets or pictures so we can follow how these patches are set up. The side angle shots the video uses don't help at all.
If you want to demonstrate your instrument so that people buy it, letting youtube put ads in the beginning that delay the thing and require a lot of clicking depending on the browser, won't help with that. I have been clicking and waiting for about 5 minutes now trying to make this video start. I have to skip to about 1:42 to make it play at all.
Thanks, also not a fan of ads at all, but I'm not aware of how we could influence this in any way - would have thought that ads depend on your RUclips membership (level) (?)
I've tried for a while to click "No" in the "Show ads" menu when uploading on my channel, but after noticing ads were being served anyway... I now select "Yes" and recommend everyone to install something like uBlock or directly use Brave. Unfortunately it is not up to the uploaders!

Haha, thank you - very kind (and motivating!)!!
Finally a longer video with much more sound facettes. Please more of that for your products!! :)
Enjoyed every second of this. Such lovely sounds and motion. Thanks.

The transposing in Summer Bliss is really cool.
Wow, some of these patches are mindblowing!! :o
Very good stuff.
Thank you!! Glad you like it!
Perfect palettes of sounds!
These are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing. 👌🏼 Always wanted to play with a system. Inspiring. ❤
Magnifique
That’s beautifully cool ❤
Thank you!

If that is impossible, any chance of an educational series? small vids showcasing patching ideas? I know many more want to learn more Serge

+1000. I would love to get a closer look into how these wonderful patches are put together.

Ah, there's an extra sequencer on the Tantra panel!
Beautiful system and sounds - how much is the system we see here? Ballpark?
tips on using the two mono outputs as a stereo pair? (beyond sending one to L and the other to R lol)
🖤
Merci beaucoup !
Does this guy give lessons?

How can one prevent YT doing that?
(I pay for YT premium so I don't have any ads at all)

That's RUclips's fault, not Serge's. Not sure why you're complaining to the maker.
