To answer your question, “what’s the point?”, I just bought one because of the performance value. I’ve dealt with limited phones forever. There’s always something holding it back, slowing it down, heating it up, freezing, etc. and this should rectify that. I’ll also be able to play any game with no issues and can emulate consoles like the GameCube. Plus it looks sick.
As the mobile touch gaming spectrum expands more, so should the specialized handset... I'm not an avid gamer, but I can see more of a demand for these niche products, just like a specialized computer has been for the PC gamer...
Attitudes between mobile gaming in the West and in the East are so different right now, but the Western criticism I hear reminds me of the criticism F2P games got before League of Legends and Fortnite blew up. So much room for mobile gaming and mobile esports to grow in the West, and Josh brings up great valid points about how legacy titles are being ported and how many of us are emulating retro games now. Channels like ETA Prime and Taki Udon have garnered an audience through demoing emulators on various devices. And to think, when the Nokia NGAGE flopped, we all thought gaming and cell phones should be kept separate. Next frontiers we conquer should be desktop interfaces on smartphones, and modular phones. With how the mobile gaming scene is growing, some of us are going to want to treat our phones like PCs.

most phone company can make good hardware but not good software. red magic, blackshark, ROG... all of them have slow android updates and short periods of firmware support. i would choose a brand with longer firmware support, ideally 3 years.
Yeah I have red magic 3s and it has almost no updates stuck on android 9 rip so yeah it's good to go for even cheaper gaming phone so it's easy to buy new one or go iPhone, iphone 13 pro max seems very interesting when it comes out it will get some new things for better gaming experience...

Hey bro I need you assistance, I have a rm6 Tencent pink variant with eu rom and it has wifi issue , it can't connect to public wifi ( the page to enter details in public wifi doesn't appear and so wifi stays connected without internet) I have tried resetting network settings, formatted device 2 times but no luck . The first time when setting up device it asks to connect wifi so only that time it connects to wifi and page appears ( after setup other wifi connections doesn't work , so only 1st time setup wifi works) please help me

SEE I lost faith in the company ZTE Nubia after the ban direct shipments to Australian customers. Only from retailers who called Nubia cheap Chinese phones in the past. And they are selling it $400/$500 extra to me this was a deal breaker I have almost all old the products I'll just keep those.
Once I bought redmagic 3 by watching and influence by some youtubers and its marketing strategy. And I sware that was and is my last purchase of any kind of redmagic device or equipment. I will never buy redmagic and will never recommend to buy this companies products. Bcoz after buying I got to know there is no update since I bought the device except one. And it has a lot of glitches and bugs. And company never focus or care on after purchase services of its device
