I mean they made it hard for themselves by not taking the tram line down as most emergency services do when responding. The area was recently upgraded / re-done due to building a Metro Tunnel train station there, so they could have put a bit more thought into the Ambulance egress from there, but like I said most Ambulances, Fire Trucks, and Police use the Tram lines to bypass traffic when responding, as evidenced in the second clip.
Whoever thought it would be a good idea to place a traffic island where the stroke ambulance 🚑 needs to do a turn leaving the hospital 🏥 well done 👏 (insert sarcasm)
Nice catch
thanks!
Good catch.
cheers
i never knew that double cabbed ambulances have existed in Australia! 🙂
yeah there's a few around
@@AustralianLightsAndSirens thats cool - is there any mb sprinters types around as well? 🥰
That Stroke Truck needs to be placed somewhere else. That looked like a mess to exit and go down the road from where they left the hospital.
There are now 2 Stoke Units. 1 at Royal Melbourne and 1 in Danendong
