You now can see my whip led light on my RUclips. So I decided to make a 45* degree aluminum bracket and made a access wire hole connector in front of bracket to simply connect the whip connection to it. Connection is to a switch where my RGB rock lights are on. Works awesome and my truck looks clean as well.
great video, I just bought these lights and it doesn't have separate wiring to each light. Instead it has 1 wire harness that runs to both lights and has 5 wires on end. Red, white, black, yellow and green . Any idea which wires would tie together or which is ground wire? No instructions for idiots like myself.
Do they hold up good while driving in the highway? I just installed my whip today on my wrangler and I see it going crazy Size to size back and forth. I’m scared it will snap off
Did you connect both whip lights to the trailer adapter? My whip lights have the ability to work along with the signal, brake and reverse lights just not sure how to connect them. Any ideas?
Your trailer connector should support running lights, turn signals and brake lights...not reverse lights. I have the new Audexen whips now connected them to work with brakes and signals from the tailer adapter.
Awesome video, on my whip lights I believe I can do the same as you did I have a Red ( Hot) Black (ground) Yellow ( turn signal) Green ( turn signal) White wire ( Break) Can I hook these up to my trailer plug?? What would I connect my white wire too????
If you run an amber color can you run on road with these? I only ask because I have two amber whips on my pickups tool box and can not find anything on this.
I have e a question...did it say to connect to a 12v power not battery. Because if so I'm doing this to my xprite wip. Simplicity is always best. Awsome video thanks
Switchable 12v other 12V supply. The problem with connecting to battery, they can get left on. I like them being controlled by a variable power source like my tail lights because then I know when I turn off the Jeep and the lights, they are powered off.
@@chrisalberding976 Great I'm doing the exact thing you did. Thank you for the input. Keep the videos going sir!👍So i got the shrink tube ,barrel connectors with shrink plastic on them too. Also the trailer plug. Ready!
If you are referring to the trailer plug adapter, that came from Harbor Freight but can also be ordered from Amazon - www.amazon.com/Hopkins-48205-4-Wire-Connector-Connectors/dp/B0002Q80UY/ref=sr_1_3?crid=36SUK9D24U8GC&keywords=4+wire+trailer+plug&qid=1690922619&sprefix=4+wire+trailer+%2Caps%2C142&sr=8-3

Love it still going strong. I get many comments
You make a great video. Thank you!!! I thinking to make this video in Spanish... I will give you the credits for the idea from the connection..

They are fine on the highway without any flags on them. I ran mine from NH to FL and back with no issue.

What size butt connectors did you use
I used 16ga barrel connectors and ran both light cords into the single 4 wire trailer plug (ground and running lights)
Hi nice video love it quick question do they flex alot when u drive on highway ?
hardly any flex on the highway with the stand alone whips....dont put a flag on them on the highway though....broke one doing that.
Can you recommend a video showing trailer power source install?

Not in NH. I have run them red because they are aligned with my taillights and have not had any issues.
Is there a way to have the light whip act as a brake light
You can wire the power to the brake light, but then it will ONLY function as a brake light....there is not dual input
Do you ever have issues with the whips hitting the Jeep?
Only if I am off-load and really whipping it around...usually I pull them to not get caught on trees, etc.

what kind of jeep is this?
Question, which bumper do you have? I’ve been looking for one with pre drilled holes :) thank you
That was the Oedro number, but I have since replaced with Body Armor bumper and moved the whips up to a bar behind my spare tire.
Do you have a issue with it covering some of your tag ? Like police ?
Never an issue, but I have moved them up behind my spare tire now, only so they are more visible.
Awesome video, how could we contact you? thank you.

What length are these?
48"
Do they still work ?
Yep And they ride around in the rain, snow on salted roads...work perfect.
Do the brakes effect the whip being wired that way
Not at all as I only wire the ground and tail light wires from the plug.
Where did you get that adapter

Foco modulo LED ❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍💖💖💖🇲🇽🇺🇲 jajajaja
My flag came off... Those little things didn't hold onto the flag on the freeway ... Very sad
I have one like this in my jeep and the police pull me over because those are illegal
You can only run red on the road
@@georgekravitz6555 good to know.. where do you stay at? I’m in Texas I want to find out. Lol
