I did faced a Xavier with jjk skin and his ult cooldown is too short its like every 5 seconds he has ult. I was what the heck?? And much worse for me. Its already usable before the passive could even be over. He always ult's with full stack passive. 😢

It may seems nice but hero like Edith can counter him, and cc hero like martis,yuzong,terizla,badang and Guinevere can easily lock him up, unless you can use him as backlaner and stay safe distance it's not really that broken, have better mage hero who can do aoe to shut down enemy team like aurora,vale, and kagura.
to be fair, Bane also has an extremely powerful AoE CC Disruptor Skill in the form of his Ultimate.

If you wanna go magic damage then the second skill can go down to 0.5 seconds (if you buy the magic potion),it heals you like 3k hp and the damage is arround 2.7k -3k? I forgot but i deals a lot,i still only play him physical since its easier to hit the enemies with s1 and you can also push towers with passive
