@@josegonzales9169 what? Monarchies only became more centralised with time. Prior and after the revolution France was an absolute monarchy. Ww1 Germany was a highly centralised absolute monarchy. Russia was a centralising absolute monarchy. Even constitutional monarchies like Britain, Portugal and Italy had its power centralised around the capital and it's institutions, Scotland got its own parliament back as recently as 1999.
