From my experience with 2077's vehicle physics, I think the gate would probably shut and violently destroy whatever vehicle is in its path
I've managed to put a NCPD car inside Dogtown. You need two cars to do that: First, put the NCPD car next to the gate. Then, enter in a large vehicle, like a truck and use it to push the NCPD car inside Dogtown

Now that's CDPR we know which yes these types of details were also there in the base game but because of the bad launch it got overshadowed

which if we get serious it's all because of crunch culture and bad management but yeah the game is now fixed is the thing i will respect them for it because fixing a thing needs guts and they did it so yeah i applause to CDPR team for it.

Honestly. CDPR is not known for little gameplay details. They are known for lore details, interconnecting world events and quests. And those were in the game since the beginning. Characters from one GIG/quest who connected in one way or another to characters from another GIG/quest. And when you complete those quests + read some notes you start to see a picture of what is happening. Very smart way of subtle story telling, because V is just a merc and is not privy to everything that is happening in Night City.

This detail makes it even more annoying that you can't escape the police by travelling into Dogtown.
There's a shortcut in pacifica near the beach that you can use to get into dogtown without going through the checkpoint

@@PixyEm NCPD don’t follow you indoors anyway. If you try to escape from the NCPD into the Dogtown gate, the guards start shooting you.
if blocking the door with the bike doesn't work can you hack the car to floor it through along side you riding the bike?
You can drive the cop car in dogtown You have to put the cop car half way where You can get out then grab a normal car and push the cop car inside it would take time but You can drive the car in dogtown
you still can get police bike into dogtown through the sidewalk security though😉

yo wtf, I literally had on the same outfit and hair when I tried this with a NCPD bike, long pink hair tied back in braids, Aurore's jacket, and Lizzy Wizzy's headpiece... It's like you took the clip right out of my own game. GG I guess

@@XenoQueenXYZ He's not exactly wrong though, is he? Imagine buying a car that is half finished and having to wait 2 years for them to finish what you paid for already and then they have the cheek to ask you to pay them to wax or wash the car or something. They scammed the players initially, people paid for price for a game marketed one way and then the game came out and wasn't even close to being what was advertised and they still had the cheek to charge full price. 2 years have passed, and the game looks closer to what was advertised for years but then they release a DLC that is apparently really good and charge people full whack for it instead of being free as an apology to the players. Sure they wouldn't have made money from the DLC but the press would have looked good and restored a level of trust in them which would mean more people buy the entire game to play the fixed game and the DLC so they still make money and get good PR, that would have been the fair and smart way
@@WolvenBoltsure but it's not a car it's a video game that's only 60 dollars. The game was disappointing on release but was still somewhat fun. If people want to hold a grudge it's up to them
