Girl I totally get the dentist thing 😭 I went a couple months ago and I get super bad anxiety but it was all fine! Got a cleaning, had no cavities or issues. I was sooo relieved! Also congrats on deleting instagram (^o^) I’m also trying to limit my screen time cause I spend almost 11-13 hours on my phone it’s insane
