Very nice, I'm gonna try this. One point to make, you aren't joining with a magical knot, that is a slip knot.

Hi, the first row of single crochet including the 2 single crochet (2sc) on each corners are 64-Hope that helps

I have a question, how do you attach the squares together. Do you handsow it or do you crochet it together. Love it

I hand sew them with the invisible stitch-:)hope it helps

This is a copy of @janiecrow her design released years ago .. does this not infringe her copyright should you not mention her !

The lantern shape is not her own design, she changed it a bit to make it more rounded. The shape is based on ogee curve, been around for ages, long before janie; there are numerous variations if u google it.

nice work, but I prefer speaking instructions as compared to music, which is nice, but prefer the person crocheting giving the instructions. I guess I could turn down the music. Thanks for the effort, but less music and more speaking tutorials are preferred.
