Hi Dana,your skill at TIG are getting really good.Same thing for the fabricating.i did some of the same at the company i worked for where i did a lot of odd work{tig mig Arc,machining, design assembly clean toilets] haha.I can say on reinforcing brackets i used mild or wrought iron in 1/8 to 1/4 a lot.Even HD carry's some 3 foot pieces cheap.It won't work harden like the sheet metal.I like watching any new stuff you do,so thanks for taking us along,Dana.
Good move on using the jumper cables to extend your ground. I know a few that would still be fighting to get the Grom moved closer to the welder. Well Done.
to not kink the hoses for tig and mig, some times would throw it over our shoulders or have it come back around over one shoulder. also dont ever stand in wrapped power cables, it magnetizes you =P

On the bolt that goes through the mount, I usually get some rubber o_rings to put on the bolt.

Grom is way more fun in my opinion I had a ruckus clone with a big bore kit and the aftermarket support is crazy but it got boring quick
