yes you can the hair is what messes it up. 80's scfi eyeliner at 85%, all covered up at 78-85% red lipstic (any shade) you can do the hair color but not his hair. you need the suit in this video except make the orange part green and under part light blue, same pants and shoe's. P.s I use badboy for the hair it looks ok but it make's it look weird.

@SWAGis4FAGS i think saints row 2 is a little bit better. there are some things in the third that i wished were in sr2 but 2 was more realistic. i like it though
@Niggyomama Its not the full game. -_- Its the initiation station a downloadable content that gives you the ability to create your character and share it to the official saints row website. You can get it from gamespot website just for signing up.
