For some reason dlss option didn't appear in my settings. Then I learned that this doesn't work for anything below Rx 5500 and GTX 1650. If anyone knows any fix let me know. It will be very helpful for my ageing r9 380x.

Hola, no, fsr no acorta la vida útil de tu tarjeta gráfica, ya que lo único que hace es bajar la resolución interna del juego y usando un escalamiento espacial a través de los vectores de movimiento del motor gráfico del juego. lo que puede acortar la vida útil es un overclock excesivo o temperaturas muy altas por tiempos prolongados, inclusive overclockear una gráfica no es perjudicial siempre y cuando cuides las temperaturas. y al renderizar un juego a menor resolución, podría decirse que la gráfica se exige menos
